Constraction reviews in Princeton, Texas

Prater re did my backyard patio, walkway and fire pit pad in stamped concrete and result was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, totally professional and the results were incredible. Amber’s help and suggestions on color, texture and shading made a complex project very easy. Ryan and his crew were efficient and skilled and finished the job in no time. I’d highly recommend Prater for any project, big or small. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing experience all around! We thought we knew what we wanted but Amber helped us come up with an even better plan/design. Quick to schedule, great communication, fair pricing and BEAUTIFUL outcome!

We had our concrete deck built in 2024, after a friend recommended Prater Concrete. They did an amazing job, to our satisfaction - and we are pretty picky folks! :) We wanted a multi-color (gray/earth tone) pattern and after working through it with Ryan, it came out great and we get a lot of compliments. The deck turned out to be higher in elevation than we originally thought (not Prater's fault) so we needed to separately add a safety fence through a different contractor. Prater sealed the deck after install but after the winter, there were some areas that flaked off. Although it took several months after initially contacting them, Ryan honored the work done and eventually did fix the issue and re-sealed the deck. The photos show the work after the re-seal. I am very satisfied: Prater Concrete does great work at a great price. I recommend them!

Matthew is one of the hardest working man I have had the pleasure of working with. Matthew is professional, prompt and pays attention to details. Very fair pricing and easy to get along with. He is willing to offer up ideas and willing to make any idea work. He has earned my respect and trust.

Had the pleasure of meeting Matthew today. I was impressed with his professionalism, especially for such a young man. He seems to know his business well. I also got to see a before and after video of one of his recent jobs. What a transformation! I will be using and referring Matthew's Landscaping for sure!

Honest, hardworking, and trustworthy!
He really knows his stuff and does quality work.
It is always a pleasure doing business with Matthew!

Matt is awesome! I called him at 530pm on Saturday and he came to my house 30 minutes later. Even after he got my personal lawn mower working again, he stayed and made my yard look amazing! He did a great job on my backyard and cleaned up my front yard in no time. Thank you again for coming so quickly and being so convenient. Highly recommended!

Matt answered the phone, made the appointment, arrived on time and fixed the
problem efficiently and at a fair price. Hard working and personable. I highly recommend Matt and will continue to call him in the future.

Matthew Landscaping is the best company I ever used. Matthew, the owner is so efficient and kind, his work ethic impressed me. He really listen your needs, and goes the extra mile. His crew is also professional, honest and extra polite.

I highly recommend this company!

Thank you Matthew...

Highly recommend Matt. He arrived promptly, was courteous and respectful of our time and property. Fantastic work and clean up ~ he was truly a pleasure to work with.

Matthew is Precise, thorough, dedicated to his craft. Shows up on time with or without an appointment. Very well priced and goes beyond expectations. I’d recommend Mattews landing to anyone looking to make their yards looks great.

Matthew’s landscaping did an excellent job with cleanup in our backyard. The work was efficient, quick and of quality. Would definitely use their services again.

Great guys, they get the job done and do it well. They are dependable and the price is great, I feel like I get more than I pay for. My previous landscaper just sort of disappeared and didn’t communicate with me about anything, these guys are great about that stuff in that they don’t disappear and when their schedule must deviate I am kept informed. I really appreciate these guys.

Found this guy off of his old magnetic sign on his truck! He is on time, works hard and the quality of his work is impeccable. Fairly priced and a great business person. Truly one of the best in this area, if not this state!

Very prompt callback with initial inquiry. Free estimate. Professional, skilled, friendly, timely, VERY hardworking! Reasonable prices. We will continue to do business with Matthew, and will recommend his services to others.

I want everyone to know how pleased my wife and I are with the work he and his crew did for us! We are selling our home and the realtor was coming to take pictures inside and out. Matt worked very hard to help us to prepare our property for sale . He was very thorough and fair in his prices. He did everything we asked for and more! I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Excellent work! Matthew did a phenomenal job on short notice. I had called for a quicknestimate and he came over the same day to check out the yard and came over the same week even though he quoted us for the entire day! He ended up coming by himself and worked all day, even after the sun went down! He offered to come back and finish the areas that he wasn't able to get to, but my husband and I have been in and out for several weeks and unable to schedule a time. I will definitely call and have him come back when the weather warms a bit. He even checked our sprinkler and drip system, running home to grab a repair piece at no extra charge to us.

I worked at a greenhouse for nearly 10 years through high school and college and dreaded having to do all the yard work. Matthew made it look easy! He even took our dog into consideration and used a pet friendly weed spray.

I truly could not ask for better. Keep up the good work Matthew!!!

Extremely professional and amazing work! My yard was an absolute mess and he cleaned it up in no time better than I’ve ever seen it. On time and fast! Fair pricing as well extremely nice dude. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else in Lompoc!

I messaged on a Friday morning for a yard clean up and Matthew was at my house a few hours later! He made a beast of a job look easy! I'm really happy I found him online and will use him for regular yard service. Thank you! 😊

Highly recommend. Matthew and his team just installed a full irrigation system for me and it turned out great.

Matthew and his crew did an incredible job cleaning up our ugly front yard and very overgrown backyard. They were on time, efficient, thorough, polite and very detail oriented. Matthew even noticed areas that needed attention that we hadn't discussed and offered to address them as well.

The whole crew left an excellent first impression! Highly recommend them!!
