Y'all have been absolutely wonderful to work with, especially Kim, Jerry, Victoria, Christopher, Martin, and Jon! All of them have been extremely kind, considerate, and patient with me during the whole fiasco with my mostly flooded hallway despite being an hour and a half away! They answered all my questions when I asked or got back to me as quickly as the next day if they couldn't answer right away. Absolutely calling y'all again should something happen again!

Penny and her team are wonderful! Chris, Tyler and Martin came in and cleaned my home after a small oven fire. Home smells like it never happened!

My windows and carpet were damaged during a recent hail storm. Tyler and his team members worked quickly to board up my broken windows, remove damaged carpets and any other water damaged items. Tyler thoroughly explained the remediation process, answered all questions, and was even there to discuss damages with my insurance adjuster. Thanks to Tyler and his team members for their great, professional service.

Martin came out quickly, was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and followed up through the whole process! Absolutely recommend him for all your water damage needs.

John and his team were amazing. They turned a stressful situation into an easy process. They were kind and extremely helpful! I would hire them again but hope to never have to lol! Servpro was able to come the day I called and everyone I had contact with was so courteous and nice! Shane was at my house first then Martin came the same day and started water removal and setting out fans!

Tyler was the most professional man that has ever been to my house. He asked me if I had any questions making sure I understood everything that he did. He cleaned up after he was finished, and I could not have been more satisfied. He deserves a 10 star instead of five!!! I just can’t say enough good things about him. I can honestly say this was a blessing in a time where we were displaced and confused on what to do next. No one wants to use the services of a restoration company but if the situation arises ServePro of Northeast Collin County should be your go to! We were out of the country when our HVAC system emergency shut off failed. They were professional, prompt and did great work! Can’t thank them enough for their timeliness and professionalism! They helped make what could have been a huge worry into a hiccup.

We had a small fire in our rv and Servpro took great care of us from the office staff to Penny and Chris who came out and did the clean up. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hopefully no one needs the services but if you do I highly recommend Servpro. Thank you for everything.

Our water heater busted and leaked water into our house. Servpro came out that day and began the process to eliminate the water and moisture in the house. Shane, Martin and Tyler were very professional, informative and knowledgeable. Throughout this process they were in constant contact with me regarding next steps and outcomes. They were able to save our wood floors and we could not be happier with the service they provided. I highly recommend these guys/Servpro.

Fast, efficient, good working relationship. I hope to never need them again but if I do I will not hesitate to call. The drain in my air conditioner above the upstairs game room failed and was dripping water onto the ceiling. It leaked through the ceiling onto to the game room floor and and eventually into the garage below. We rarely use the game room so it wasn't until it leaked through into the garage that it was noticed. Servpro responded immediately and in three days had the damage cleaned up and dried out. To complete the repairs it took another week but that included waiting for the new carpet. Albert was my project manager and he did an excellent job. He would be at my home whenever a work crew was present and would check in by phone everyday. Outstanding work from beginning to end. Final clean up was excellent. As it says on their trucks, "Like it never happened." That is exactly how they repaired my water damage.

Penny, Raven & Wes did an AMAZING Job on the cleaning of our home after a fire. They were very professional and did everything they could to help us navigate the process!! They handled cleaning and packing all of my collectables and took great care of them during the process!! I can't thank them enough!!

My hot water heater busted in the middle of the night; I spoke with my insurance company at 7 and SERVPRO called by 805 and had a truck at my house by 10. They quickly got to work; there was never a minute of their time wasted. Jon was a phenomenal lead on the project, going so far as to speak with my insurance adjuster when he called while they were still there.

No need to look for other contractors, they are the best. Prater concrete is family owned and the owners are on site during the work. They are attentive and fairly priced. The quality of work is amazing and we are so happy with the finished project. The Judge Family

Prater Concrete did our backyard patio. Amber came out first to find out what we wanted and then went over options with us. She went over structural elements and described the qualities of the materials involved and the process. She also went over artistic options and made recommendations that really enhanced the project. We're very pleased with the way our patio turned out!

Customer service at its best!!!! We arranged for a quote per a friends suggestion. Ron was beyond friendly & knowledgeable & listened to our wants & needs. Piers (5) were done on our 14x18’ hot tub/pergola to be pad & it was sloped to allow for drainage per inspector suggestion ( permit was a breeze due to Rons submitted paperwork to us ) as well as another 5x10’ bbq grill pad. Workers showed up as promised as well as the owners in 2 separate days, concrete looks great, yard was cleaned up
After all the work was done. Price was great for the job & much more intense work performed than with other bid we received. Thanks for the awesome service !!!

They know their stuff & deliver, A custom result that doesn't leave you with buyers remorse. Ive never seen more beautiful concrete. Guests and contractors always ask for their contact when they see my driveway and patio! Look no further they are the real deal.

We had several contractors give us bids on our 1,000 square foot patio. Ron came out and before he left I had a firm quote on my email. They did a great job and we could not be more happy! Ron, Rich and Ryan thank you very much!
