Could not have asked for better service from these guys!! They were on time, extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. The thing we appreciated most is they didn’t try to up sell us just to make more money, they told us the truth for what we needed for our home and in the end saved us money! We will be using them for all things HVAC forever!! Best part is that they are a true family run business and take pride in their name! Couldn’t reccomend them enough.

Crow's Heat and Air came to give me a second estimate for some HVAC work for my home. They were honest, and I did not feel like they were trying to just make money. I would definitely use them again!

Crow’s is the best, they had our AC up and running after one of the Spring storms. Lightning struck the control board and they replaced that part, so glad we didn’t need a whole new AC. Crow’s is honest, fair, and they take care of their customers quickly.

Been with Crow's since 1998 for residential and (light) commercial. Latest visit was for an RTU failure reported in the evening, during a heat wave. Crow's had the job scheduled in minutes and Joshua was waiting at the shop before I arrived the next morning. The repair was made in less than and hour and billed at a very reasonable rate.

Joshua helped us today to figure out what the problem was with our air-conditioner. He was on time, professional and nice enough to change my AC filter while he was out here. I would definitely recommend Crow's to anyone that needs HVAC services.

Jordi arrived on time. He immediately saw the issue of why my ac unit wouldn't come on. The previous service tech from a different company left the panels off the units. Once the panels were replaced the units came on and worked. He also serviced each unit and checked all the essential parts. Jordin was very thorough and explained to me what he was doing and why. He provided me with good information on what to look out for in my aging a/c units. He assured me each unit was in good working order. I will continue to use Crow's HVAC company.

Crow's has been servicing my HVAC for years and I've been very pleased. Today for the first time Garrett, the owner's son, came to check my AC unit for summer. He was punctual, very professional and even though he is young, he has been following his dad for years and has learned a great trade! If you like to support a local family run business, you can't go wrong with Crow's. Garrett is a hard working young man with direction and goals and it was a pleasure meeting him today!

Highly recommend this family owned business. They are honest good people that provide outstanding service. They replaced my A/C 4 years ago and when I needed a new furnace, they were my go-to. I also have a service plan with them that gives me 2x year check and great discounts, along with free furnace filters.

I will definitely spread the word about my experience. From the owner James, to scheduling with the office to employee Joshua doing the work outstanding, Crow’s Heat & Air we’re dependable and have great competitive prices especially in a time of need. I heard about them by word of mouth and glad I did!

Wonderful customer service and very professional staff! I just had my evaporator coil replaced. From the inspection to find the problem, scheduling the install, to the install it self, every part was top notch. Highly recommend Crow’s Heating and Air!

This company was so amazing!!!!! I can’t thank them enough for coming out to get our air back up and running in this Texas heat. We had initially got an estimate from another company that tried to take advantage of us during this time. We called this company to get a second opinion. When the young men came to the house we thought they were a little young, but we were blown away! I have never in my life met such great young men who were very respectful, very informative, and so well mannered! These guys explained the entire process to us and pointed out exactly what was going on. The customer service over the phone was phenomenal! Once again I can’t thank this company enough for the great service they provided!! The grandson of this company is by far the best interaction I have had in a while.

I called Crow’s Heating and Air on a Monday and Jason met me on Tuesday, quoted me a complete new unit for installing and removing the complete old unit (from the attic and outside) then the installation was made Thursday in four hours! The installers were on time, professional, courteous, putting down drop cloths on my floors inside the house, I was impressed! They were so careful inside my house not to touch anything with the large attic unit as it was brought inside! I was very impressed with the entire process and their pricing! I highly recommend Crow’s Heating and Air. Definitely call them for your heating and ac needs!

Best experience with Crow’s Heat. Joshua came out to check an AC issue and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and worked to resolve the issues we had. We had Crows out as a second opinion from our current provider and felt much more comfortable with Crows and their work. 100% recommend Joshua as well!

Contacted Crows Heating and Air Thursday morning due to air not working. I had technicians at my house by that afternoon who quickly detected the issue. Turns out we needed a new relay. Crows quickly got the part and issue resolved the next day. Thank you so much for squeezing us into your busy schedule we are now ready for our hot texas summer! Garrett and Kolby had great customer service very nice and professional young men 10/10 recommend

Josh and Garrett both were quick and had both A/C’s working in no time and explained in detail the issues. We have used Crow’s Heat and Air for years and their service has ALWAYS been exceptional.
Hannah put me on the schedule quickly and kept me notified on their arrival and has also been a sweet voice to talk to this week. 🙂

This is my first experience with Crow's Heat and Air Company. I was referred by a neighbor and she's very happy with the service.
Call was pleasantly answered and assigned the schedule date by Mrs. Crow, Chantel. In fact, it was set up much sooner I expected. Awesome. This is Texas in July. I don't do hot yoga in bed at night! My technician was on time and texted me when he was on way. Once the inspection was initiated and prior to the job, he explained to me thoroughly and carefully without leaving out any details. That's much different from all my previous encounter. He fixed the problem and even detected a small leak that so many had missed before. I even purchased the maintenance service. Thank you. This Crow's Heat & Air Company is a family-owned business and I proudly support Texas locally. Highly recommend!

This was our first time working with Crow’s and I must say I was impressed. Chantel (hope I spelled that right) was so kind when I called to ask them to come out. I called them at 9:00, Garrett and Kolby arrived around 10:30, and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it repaired within 45 min. Happy to say it was a lot less expensive than I was expecting and the most reasonable that the previous a/c company we’ve use. You guys have earned a new customer! Thank you for all that you do.
