Servpro was able to come the day I called and everyone I had contact with was so courteous and nice! Shane was at my house first then Martin came the same day and started water removal and setting out fans!

Tyler was the most professional man that has ever been to my house. He asked me if I had any questions making sure I understood everything that he did. He cleaned up after he was finished, and I could not have been more satisfied. He deserves a 10 star instead of five!!! I just can’t say enough good things about him. Totally dedicated to his job at doing his very best!!!

We had experienced a fire in our home in May 2025 and we hired ServPro to help us during this difficult time. I can honestly say this was a blessing in a time where we were displaced and confused on what to do next. The whole team treated us as if we were family and lessened the stress of the terrible situation that we were facing.

Our team of professionals made everything easy with regard to water damage clean-up. They communicated well, worked quickly, and were incredibly polite and professional. Ryan, Michael, Rye, and Eric made the whole process bearable. They explained every part of the procedure and reassured us that everything would be taken care of. When part of your home is being ripped up due to water damage, it can be overwhelming. You want this team by your side!

No one wants to use the services of a restoration company but if the situation arises ServePro of Northeast Collin County should be your go to! We were out of the country when our HVAC system emergency shut off failed. They were professional, prompt and did great work! Can’t thank them enough for their timeliness and professionalism! They helped make what could have been a huge worry into a hiccup.

We had a small fire in our rv and Servpro took great care of us from the office staff to Penny and Chris who came out and did the clean up. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hopefully no one needs the services but if you do I highly recommend Servpro. Thank you for everything.

Our water heater busted and leaked water into our house. Servpro came out that day and began the process to eliminate the water and moisture in the house. Shane, Martin and Tyler were very professional, informative and knowledgeable. Throughout this process they were in constant contact with me regarding next steps and outcomes. They were able to save our wood floors and we could not be happier with the service they provided. I highly recommend these guys/Servpro.

Fast, efficient, good working relationship. I hope to never need them again but if I do I will not hesitate to call. The drain in my air conditioner above the upstairs game room failed and was dripping water onto the ceiling. It leaked through the ceiling onto to the game room floor and and eventually into the garage below. We rarely use the game room so it wasn't until it leaked through into the garage that it was noticed. Servpro responded immediately and in three days had the damage cleaned up and dried out. To complete the repairs it took another week but that included waiting for the new carpet. Albert was my project manager and he did an excellent job. He would be at my home whenever a work crew was present and would check in by phone everyday. Outstanding work from beginning to end. Final clean up was excellent. As it says on their trucks, "Like it never happened." That is exactly how they repaired my water damage.

Penny, Raven & Wes did an AMAZING Job on the cleaning of our home after a fire. They were very professional and did everything they could to help us navigate the process!! They handled cleaning and packing all of my collectables and took great care of them during the process!! I can't thank them enough!!

My hot water heater busted in the middle of the night; I spoke with my insurance company at 7 and SERVPRO called by 805 and had a truck at my house by 10. They quickly got to work; there was never a minute of their time wasted. Jon was a phenomenal lead on the project, going so far as to speak with my insurance adjuster when he called while they were still there.

This company has been a LIFEsaver! I have had 3 pool service companies in the last 3 years. One for 1 1/2 y and another for 5 months. When I called this company, my pool water was green after WEEKLY service! I could not get a return call or explanation. This has not been the case with This Guy's Pool Service. They cleared up my algae problem, handled pool leakage issues and service my pool heater! They respond and treat the pool like their own. My family and friends say that my water looks like the Caribbean! And I must agree!

They never returned my phone call.

I just love tlc cleaning services I started out with 2 commercial cleans and 3 residential make ready’s and hired tlc cleaning services and they went above and beyond on all my places. I’ve used them for over 3years now and I’m now at 8 commercial buildings and have used them on all my residential make ready’s which has been over 48 residential homes I’m still accumulating commercial buildings as we speak and will only use tlc cleaning services to clean my buildings I have referred tlc cleaning services to every client I know and have and will continue to do so.

Let me start by saying outstanding job. I used this company to clean my father's duplex after his tenant moved out and trashed it, was so impressed with the communication and deep clean it was so wonderful. Keep up the good work I will definitely use you again in the future for all my cleaning needs.

My sister hired them to clean our house. They did a very poor job and didn't do the basic cleaning they were supposed to do . Very unprofessional with their communication as we tried to contact them about the job that they did and sent pictures to the email of the manager. This was a $300 cost, definitely a scam company. Beware and make sure to be present when they are cleaning the home

We own a group of Condos! This service came in cleaned from one end to the other leaving nothing untouched. (I paid to have everything cleaned) They also sanitized each and every unit. Finally found a company I can trust! Thank you TLC I will recommend you!!
