Gas turned on and left on as retaliation for complaint. — The main problem with “The Maids” of Prosper is that they don’t clean with water. Floors are dry-mopped. Counters are wiped down, but not with water. Without water you can’t truly get something clean. It can look better but not be cleaned in the best possible way. This lead to bathrooms not appearing really clean (and once they just skipped a room altogether) - which lead to us complaining and them doing some of it over. I never wanted them in the house again, but mother was determined to give them another chance. Bad idea. Dangerous idea. They came, they cleaned, and all seemed well until the next day … when we saw they LEFT THE GAS LINE ON outside at our fire pit. Over 24 hours. Accident? Considering that gas line takes much effort to twist on, and it’s located away from the area to be cleaned — I personally can’t see how it could ‘accidentally’ get turned on. The owner did compensate us for the cost of the empty gas tank, but no apology for the fact that our house was out at risk for a fire. We could have been killed. Mitchell, the “team leader” is the employee who did this. He wasn’t happy having to clean our house. Was he scolded by the owner for putting our lives at risk? I’ll never know but … probably not. So … don’t let these “maids” into your home if you care at all about your safety and not being put at risk for disaster.

The crew that cleans my home does an excellent job. They show up when expected, every time. They are thorough, respectful, fast and efficient. They are also reliable and consistent, which is another plus. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend.

This was my third time using this company and they did not disappoint. The team was on time and ready to deep clean my home. They did an awesome job from start to finish leaving my home clean and fresh smelling just the way I like it. The three team members were cordial, friendly and professional and the team lead was ok with using my hardwood floor cleaner per my request. Unfortunately I don't remember but of one their names, nonetheless they all did a fantastic job! I will be contacting The Maids again when it's time for a clean. By the way I know they have regular biweekly cleaning schedules, but they fit me in when I call for a deep clean. I recommend this company for your house cleaning needs. When my budget permits I'm getting on a regular schedule. Thank you again team for a great job!

Cleaners are very nice. They are constantly interrupted by the owner. Not the same crew each time. The work was done efficiently. I have no complaints about the workers.
