Communication and reliability was great. Cleaning started off very good but steadily decreased in quality over time. It went from being very thorough to random things missed week after week to finally rushing through it so much that they were cleaning the entire house in under an hour and missing ALOT of it. At that point we unfortunately had to cancel service.

I have been using Maid Brigade of Prosper since about November 2022. They helped me out during my dark times and now I have them on a monthly schedule with the same cleaners coming every month who I can trust. They are efficient and amazing!

I’ve been using Maid Brigade of Prosper for general biweekly cleanings for the past two months. The first initial clean was a deep clean and everything after has been part of their normal package.

They have done a fantastic job every single time! They are a reliable team, show up when they say they are going to and always confirm the day before, leave everything spotless, and they are in and out so quickly. They even wipe down any lights they can reach and our island pendant lights (all glass) are cleaner than they were the day they were installed. Really awesome job and I’m very impressed with their service.

Maid Brigade of Prosper works wonders in my home every time they visit. They always leave my house spotless. The team is professional, friendly, and wonderful with my pets. Despite having a medium-sized dog that sheds a lot, my home is always impeccably clean after their visit. I highly recommend their services—100%! The scheduling was easy, the staff was nice. However, they missed a lot. The dusted around items in my bedroom and kitchen counters (that could easily be pushed to the side). They splashed a solution on the floors (my house is all tile) and used something that looked like a squeegee to clean it. I had to go back after and re-mop the entire house because I still saw splash marks and it looked smeared. The toilets were not wiped down on the outside, especially the fronts. I have a black light. They said I would receive a call after, but once they got their money I never heard from them again. I was too disappointed to have them come back for remediation.

The crew is so friendly and always check in to make sure the job is done to my expectations. They have never been late and never cancelled on me, which means a lot!

THIS IS A SCAM. We used this company for our move-in cleaning. We didn't have any furniture so it wasn't too difficult for them to cleaning my house. They initially quoted for $660 and told me that it would be much less. In fact, they charged me with $800 for "overtime". They were VERY SLOW in cleaning to make it overtime. Also, I've caught maids chit-chatting with my network contractor, which is ridiculous. And when I came back and check my house, I've noticed many things weren't cleaned. Oven wasn't cleaned. Every shelf was only cleaned up to 3rd level. Backsplash wasn't cleaned. My stove wasn't cleaned. Bathroom drawers were never cleaned. I took all the photos and shared to their manager, and they gave me options to either have them come back and cleaning or refund for $60. I didn't want the same company to come and clean since they did very poor job so I brought the manger in and showed her how badly their service was done, and got $60 in refund. I will never use this service again nor recommend them to anyone.
