I booked The Faithful Cleaners to do my move-in and move-out cleaning services. The individual who showed up (Hannah) was professional and did a great job getting everything taken care of. Elijah went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and felt comfortable with using the company for future services. I have not worked with the company that exhibited such great customer service and care for their clients, and I do appreciate The Faithful Cleaners for differentiating themselves from other cleaning services. I highly recommend.

This company go extra miles to meet my cleaning needs before I book the appointment with them. They send very detail reminders as time goes by. The cleaning job was done alright with a few less than perfect spots. I call and complain about it the next morning with the office manager. After three minutes, the owner called me directly and send himself to my house to cure my minor complains into gorgeous perfection in just a few hours. We chatted about the company name and ‘faith base’ business. As a retired pastor, I can sure he and his company is truly abiding with the faith.

I have a monthly recurring cleaning and today was the appointment. Olivia has been amazing. She already knows what to do and I have the utmost trust in her to get the job done every time

I didn’t know about the Faithful Cleaners I just look at google, I was looking for one time cleaning and Hanna and Tiara show up at right time that we agreed, I was not at home when they left but for the start to finish they did an outstanding job, so happy with the result.

Hannah did an incredible job! I was honestly embarrassed about how I’d let my place go, but she showed zero judgment and made me feel completely comfortable. She was also so thoughtful with my dog and made sure he was relaxed during the cleaning. Since I work from home part-time, she even waited until I wasn’t on a call before vacuuming. I’ll definitely be booking Hannah again!

Hannah and Erica came over and deep cleaned my parents house, which has never been professionally cleaned. My siblings and I wanted to gift them this for the holidays, and the ladies were fantastic. They were so kind, paid attention to every detail, spent extra time in the areas that needed it, and bonus they were so sweet and loving to our very large old grumpy dog. 10/10, Alan and his team are worth every penny!

Wonderful, caring people The Faithful Cleaners! Tiara & Hannah did a fantastic job of deep cleaning a very dusty house after next door construction, no easy task! They were prompt, extremely thorough, professional and kind for a reasonable price. What a rarity to find such a group of individuals who truly care about servicing the needs of others. I booked a Deep Clean for Monday, 02/23/2026 (8:00–9:00 AM arrival window).

For context: this is a new build home that was professionally deep cleaned just four months ago when I moved in. This is not a home that has been lived in for 10+ years with heavy buildup. The condition of the house should have made this a very straightforward and frankly easy job the first time around.

The cleaner arrived at 9:17 AM. I was not informed of the delay until 8:50 AM, already within the scheduled window.

The larger issue was the quality of the service. After the appointment, I documented numerous items that were not completed — all of which are listed directly on the company’s own Deep Clean checklist. Photos were sent immediately through the company’s text system.

Wash visible baseboards

Bathrooms:
Sanitize toilet & toilet area
Sanitize & wipe tub
Sanitize & wipe shower

Additionally, no final walkthrough was offered. The cleaner was packing up and heading out while I was home, without reviewing the work with me. (I've had many cleaners in the past and I've never had this many items missed for someone who was at my house for 4 hours)

I contacted the company at 12:43 PM on 02/23/2026 to report the issues and provided photo documentation. At that time, I specifically requested a different cleaner for the re-clean because I was uncomfortable having to point out deficiencies face-to-face to the same individual (awkward for her and me). Despite this request, the same cleaner was sent back to my door 5 minutes later, telling me that someone called her to tell her I was unhappy.

I was re-scheduled by the coordinator after I sent proof the service was not done correctly. I was initially scheduled for Wednesday, 02/25/2026 (9:00–10:00 AM). However on Tuesday, 02/24/2026 at 5:44 PM, I received a call that the appointment needed to be moved on their end. I had already made arrangements to be home Wednesday during the initial schedule time. It was moved to Thursday, 02/26/2026 (8:00–9:00 AM) — now outside of the 48-hour window.

Yes, the missed items were eventually corrected. The new cleaner did a WONDERFUL JOB, I wish I would've gotten her first for my initial clean. First impressions are everything! My frustration is with how the company has handled the initial interaction and scheduling.

A deep clean should not require this level of follow-up, documentation, and rescheduling. (all is needed is a simple checklist, maybe even the one noted on the website provided to their cleaners.)

Noting, I also contacted the owners directly via email in hopes of resolving this privately instead of leaving my review and have not received a response.

Either way my experience did not reflect the level of service advertised, good reviews, and standard described on their website so here are the facts and experience I received.

I stopped by today to pick up mulch and edging and Tim in gardening went above and beyond to assist. I walked in asking for a flatbed and without hesitation, he ran and grabbed one for me and was attentive to my needs. He asked what I wa a looking for and immediately took my flatbed cart to the mulch and started loading it for me. He helped me check out, gave me instructions on where to park so he could load the car for me and I was impressed and so glad I had the interaction with him. He went above and beyond in not only helping me but also another couple that was also purchasing mulch. I highly recommend this store and will certainly be returning.
