Great people great quality great design

Dylan and the crew from Daystar have been great to work with. They suggested shrubs that would work best in North Texas, design the beds, install stone edging and planted trees for our front yard and everything turned out great. We will be using Dylan and Daystar for our backyard project.

Daystar did the landscaping (before getting fired) from our builder highland homes for doing terrible work. Most of our sod and lawn cannot grow well bc daystar did not clear debris and rocks before placing sod on top of the soil.

Horrible Service with no accountability on the crew or management did not want to take responsibility for the crack windshield. They never asked for cars to be moved either while running power tools etc. I wouldn’t recommend Day Star to anyone in the DFW area. To add to this review when I spoke with Darron Thompson he wasn’t helpful on the matter to investigate further. I can’t believe a company that has been in business for as long as Day Star has been doesn’t have insurance that covers accidents like this. Unethical to say the least!

Calloways refreshed all my outdoor planters for my restaurant and they turned out amazing! Great finished product, customer service and timeliness. Special shout out to Sylvia for getting it done for me!

A friend asked is I could buy them a gift card from Calloway’s…but I don’t live in Texas. Called and they don’t offer any phone or online support to get a gift card. Only way is to be there physically. Hope this changes

We found a clean, well stocked store with friendly staff happy to help us navigate the store & a few selections.
In the heart of a shopping complex so lots of shopping & dining options to enjoy
(( I suggest adding a large “Calloway” sign over the entrance to help 1st timers find the front of your store ))

Went to the Prosper location yesterday and spoke with Chris, the store manager, as well as his team. I had a landscaping project that went south quickly and some of my Juniper topiaries were dying as well as a shrub. Chris spent a lot of time with me, recommending the correct products to help the situation and even went as far as supplying me with some stakes and ties to keep them upright. They were all so very kind and I will definitely be back! With their guidance, I’m confident my plants will survive.

This store is seriously lacking in customer service.

No friendly faces ,not many people to help. Whoever was in there - not much use . We could clearly see bias in the way they communicated.
