Plumbing reviews in Prosper, Texas

Great Reliable plumbing company, called back with minutes and were able to come out the same day. Jacob came out and was awesome! Explained everything that was going on with my clog and fixed it in no time. Highly recommend Crown Plumbing

Excellent service from RJ! I’m really happy with the work he did at my house. He installed a kitchen faucet in a very tight space, which was not an easy task, but he handled it with professionalism and a great attitude. No complaints, just solid work. He completed the job exactly as requested, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend!

Jacob was great! Very knowledgeable. Quick install of tankless hw heater. Clean install. Highly recommend.
Came back for a busted hose valve. Fixed it in 20 minutes. Great guy.

Jacob and Brian, the plumbers from Crown Plumbing that found and repaired a pipe slow leak issue for me, were excellent. Very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs. Well done. Thank you guys!

Crown quoted the lowest price for our water heater out of four different plumbing companies. They arrived fast and were finished in a couple of hours. I'll definitely use them again.

We were so pleased with Crown Plumbing. What we thought was a plumbing problem that would cost us thousands, turned out to be an easy fix. We appreciate their honesty, professionalism and promptness. They are a great bunch of guys to work with.

They have worked on our home several times and we highly recommend this company. Randy Mason, Prosper, TX

James with Crown Plumbing has been to our house a few times for different plumbing reasons, including the installation of new tankless water heaters. James seems very knowledgeable, and has always been very professional, thorough and friendly. We already have, and we will continue to recommend Crown Plumbing and their technician, James, to others in need of plumbing work! Jacob with Crown has also been to our home for plumbing work, & he was great as well!

We had a very good experience with Crown Plumbing Service. They came highly recommended by a real estate agent in our neighborhood whom everyone trusts with her referrals.

They were very responsive and came out quickly and resolved our clogged shower drain issue. RJ was great and super friendly, and we highly recommend them to anyone for their plumbing issues.

RJ was great! He provided solutions to a shower handle that wouldn’t stop running water (which required us to turn off our water to entire house). We were able to turn our water back on while having to wait on parts to arrive next day. He also did a great job replacing an outdoor faucet with no damage to the brick. He was Nice and honest which is always a plus.

RJ came out today and swapped out hot water heaters for me. He was super professional, clean and efficient. Answered all questions as well as the plumber helping him today. They made sure the entire unit was up to code and properly installed.

Crown plumbing pricing was on par with other major plumbers in the area. They were not the cheapest bed, but they were also not the most expensive bid. Chose to go with them based off of availability and brand of hot water heater used.
