Great customer service! Tammy is the best she will answer every question you have and she is just a sweetheart.

Great customer service, friendly and professional plumbers and work was completed beyond my expectations!

I have used Genzel plumbing now going on my second home. And will continue to use them in the future. And will recommend to my friends and family when they need a plumber. 5 star!

Robby and the boys did an amazing job with my hot water heater installation. He helped guide me on the best brand and model options for my situation. I also had old wall connections to my hot water heater that had to be replaced and the new lines were done very well. Overall, I love having a local, family operated business that also operates so professionally. For water heater installations and anything else plumbing related I'm using Genzel Plumbing!!

Wyatt was phenomenal. He was at my house in less than an hour when other companies were telling me 3+ days. Extremely competent and professional and fixed the issue in minutes. I’ll be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Robert did a great job and I will definitely be calling him back when I have more plumbing issues. I would recommend him for his quality of work and reasonable pricing.

Robert is so great! He has been working with us for a while and always does business with the utmost integrity, excellence, and a smile. I highly recommend Porpoise Plumbing!

Highly recommend. As he always does, Robert knew what was going on as soon as we told him the symptoms. And he's always cordial and professional as he's doing the work.

Absolutely amazing I have been scammed by a man who said he was a plumber but was not. Robert was very professional gave me all his license information upfront and gave me a details throughout trying to track down where the water leak was coming from. I’m so happy that I have a reliable honest plumber to call when I need one.

Super satisfied with the work this company does. Highly recommend. Rob is knowledgeable and knows his plumbing. I found my long term plumbing company hands downs. Kaleigh customer service rocks. Made sure she kept us informed on eta’s and pricing.

Shout-out to Robert of Porpoise Plumbing for another great plumbing job (I've called Robert before for plumbing issues). He fixed the leakage from my both of the sinks in my secondary bathroom, plus he replaced the sink stopper assembly for one of the sinks. The cost of his services is reasonably priced. Besides being an skilled plumber, he is just such a nice guy! And I love how wonderful Porpoise Plumbing's communication is. The office manager, Kaleigh, was so prompt (and pleasant) in scheduling my service. And besides receiving emails and texts about when the job is scheduled, I also received a text (and a pic of Robert) when Robert was on his way to do the work. If you're looking for a top-notch, honest, and personable plumber, you need to look no further than Porpoise Plumbing!

Great service and prices. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

Making an appointment was easy and efficient. On time. Communication about arrival was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything well. Efficient. Would I recommend Rob again? Absolutely! An excellent recommendation from our daughter. Pricing appropriate. Thanks!
