As a newcomer to DFW, I needed a reliable, honest plumber. A family member recommended Porpoise Plumbing after I'd experienced frozen pipes from the frigid Feb-2025 weather. Great experience from my initial phone call. Quick appointment, great communication, on time, friendly and thorough service. Robert respectfully wore shoe covers in my home (a courtesy I truly appreciate), assessed my entire home plumbing wise, educated me, and completed the service call/needs to my full satisfaction. Porpoise Plumbing will be my sole Plumbing service provider for all future needs. I highly recommend Robert aka Porpoise Plumbing.

Fortunately, I am able to do most of my own house work and repair, but every so often, you need an expert to handle something you can't do yourself. I have used Robert and Porpoise Plumbing off and on for about a decade. They are simply great - great customer service, great plumbing skill and knowledge. I rarely ever give public support for companies, but I highly recommend these folks. If you need a plumber, call them.

Porpoise owner was on time and installed a new toilet for us. He explained everything to us cheerfully! Our daughter told us about Porpoise did a great plumbing correction for her a year ago.

Kaleigh was so patient and kind when I called in and she got us worked into the schedule ASAP. I love their automated system that texts and emails your appointment time! Robert showed up right on time and replaced my leaking faucet. Very clean work and he thoroughly tested it to make sure no more leaks. Porpoise Plumbing is our go to plumber now!

I had a dripping bathtub faucet. I called Porpoise Plumbing and they came out and took care of it. I also asked them to replace the drain overflow and stopper. Rob did a amazing job and saw that the spigot was loose. He took it apart and fixed that as well. His attention to detail was noteworthy. I will absolutely be using them for my plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommended!

When I needed a plumber for a few repairs, I read good things about Porpoise Plumbing. Robert came out and was very knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. He has repaired a water leak, sink and tub drain clogs and replaced a leaking outdoor water spigot. Robert at Porpoise Plumbing always does an amazing job and is truly a Pro at what he does! Robert checked out a leak in our front yard that I originally thought was on the main water line. He quickly checked it out and let me know it was on the irrigation line and made a recommendation that saved us hundreds of dollars on the repairs. We recently remodeled our guest bathroom, adding a new vanity with a new faucet and repainting the entire room. However, our old one-piece toilet had been prone to occasional leaks, so we decided to have a plumber reinstall it. Robert recommended a more reliable two-piece toilet and later installed it professionally, using shims to ensure a watertight fit. After three weeks, we are very satisfied with the installation and highly recommend Robert for his free estimates and attention to detail.
