I've been using Expert Pools for years. Jamie, Shane, Sheryl (sp?) are amazing. Jamie came out today and had me up an running (backwash valve cut out and replace) in half the time I was expecting , he knows what he's doing! Also, the communication wrt the timing of the appointment and when Jamie was headed to the house, etc is much appreciated!

We have had great experiences several times with Kris. He arrives on time and has never left us hanging with unresolved repairs. Using a home warranty company can be problematic at times but Kris has made it easier.

The service that we receive from Expert Pools is absolutely outstanding every time. Every technician is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to share time with them. They are very focused on educating their customers and I am very appreciative. I would give the very highest recommendation possible.

When working through American Home Shield, Expert Pools is loyal to the warranty company, not the customer. They will do their best to find a way to NOT cover the repair. They will call normal things, not normal wear and tear, with no logical explanation. Even though they covered the same exact repair six months ago. AHS is not the same as it was 12 months ago. All customer service moved from the US to the Philippines. And they raised the per repair call cost from $75 to $100. It’s all a scam now. Pay $100 for some random guy to come to your house and tell you it’s not covered when the same exact repair was totally covered six months ago.

Don’t use this company or AHS.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED & RELIEVED! At 11 AM, our pool cleaning service said our Polaris pump motor was dead, so I called our AHS home warranty company. They assigned Expert Pools, who called me within minutes and came out 3 hours later. Joe confirmed the needed repair, went and bought the pump, came back and installed it by 5 PM! A new pump motor is $800, but thankfully, it only cost our $100 deductible!

I’ve had others but Expert Pools and Shane are by far the best. Very knowledgeable, efficient friendly. Shane actually made functional some things I never thought could be. Straightened out some things that other pool people had messed up. Recently upgraded to IAqua link Wi-Fi control system. Couldn’t love it more. Thanks Expert Pools and Thank you Shane.

We had great experience with Jamie. He was polite and did everything very efficiently. He even gave us some tips with pool equipment. Jamie's work exceeded our expectations. Greatly recommend him!

Jamie was awesome as always. We have had him out to look at our pool multiple times and are always impressed with the service he provides. He resolved our issue quickly and at a very reasonable cost. It was a great experience all-around.

They are horrible. Went thru my home warranty and they said that the pump was not even hooked up. It was just the breaker was off since my pool pump was leaking and is on a timer. Then it took them 3 weeks to get any sort of approval and they said it was from freeze damage. Hard to have freeze damage in Texas in July! What a horrible company and the guy that came to the house was very rude. He was not helpful and had no idea what he was doing!

I rarely write a bad review, but their pool cleaning service is absurdly terrible. I found out that my husband had changed our gate lock, and for 2 months, the cleaner guy would just leave if it wasn't unlocked. Didn't bother to tell us or the office. This could have just been an issue with the employee, but the office manager wasn't concerned about the behavior when I told him and offered no apology. I had to advocate for a partial refund.

After hiring a new company, I found out what color my pool actually was and realized the cleaner guy wasn't vacuuming, just skimming. Now, for $6 more a month, I get full service with a completion email and notifications if my water level is low. They also called me after my husband changed the lock again (will write a separate review for his communication skills).

Reliable, honest and prompt service. I am using Expert pool for last 3 years. Great service and you can count on them. Highly recommend, Chris was great, very knowledgeable.

As a 1st time pool owner , I met Kyle and he literally saved me close a $1000 for a pool pump compare to all the other pool guys . I switched my pool cleaning to them as well a d saving additional $50 . If anyone needs any help with their pool just ask for Kyle and you will thank me later..highly recommend them . They were dispatched by my home warrantee. They changed a part and fixed the pump quickly. The technician also taught me how to maintain the equipment. Very good experience!

Expert pools has been fixing my pool since 2017. I was a brand new pool owner and didn't have a clue how to maintain or clean a pool. AJ has always provided professional and expert work. He not only fixed my problem(s) quickly and thoroughly but he took the time to explain it. He even drew on the pipes to explain water flow. Just a nice guy through and through. He intentionally helps out the customers by teaching them their system and arms them with knowledge. As a teacher I really appreciated that aspect. And the office is phenomenal with timely and always pleasant service. Thank you for top notch service!

Expert Pools no joke saved me from having to replace my pool heater which would’ve been $5000. My pool company recommended a new heater, but expert pools replaced the sensor.

Expertpools LLC was dispatched by my home warranty company as I had issues with my variable speed motor. In no time, they identified the issue and replaced the impeller and seals as there were leaks and motor has been running well after the replacement.

Thorough inspection, clear communication, excellent service and fair pricing.
