Foley worked some serious magic with our pool and covered patio. Along with my pool comes maintenance and Nick from Foley Pools has been keeping our pool looking great.

Our experience with Foley Pools has been exceptional. The process from beginning to completion was perfectly laid out and every worker was friendly and professional . Even when the project was completed and we had small issues that needed to be addressed, Tyler and Dillon were able to get them resolved quickly and efficiently . We will recommend Foley Pools to anyone interested in quality work combined with thorough attentiveness to the homeowners vision.Our pool maintenance technician Nick is a wonderful employee who always has a smile on his face and is willing to answer any questions and offer any help.

Dillon promised he would work harder than anybody to get this project done and make sure we were happy with it. He came through with what he promised. This was a big construction project for us and Dillon filled in the gaps when needed and made sure we were kept informed on the progress. Pool turned out amazing and we are thrilled to have our backyard oasis.

I don't have a positive experience with this company. I only needed a technician to come and tune my newly replaced actuator. They've sent an inexperienced kid who couldn't figure it out. Instead of opening up and adjusting the actuator (which is 15 minute work for a certified technician) he blamed the heater. He unscrewed the cover, found a "faulty" sensor and declared that it requires replacement. I had no choice but to agree to their pre-invoice for over $300 - only later I found out that the regular price for those sensors typically doesn't exceed $30. The kid replaced the sensor, but of course that didn't fix the issue. He then said that we "have too old of a heater" (which is barely 10 years old unit) and we need to replace the manifold (which he approximated would cost me ~$1200), or for the best results, I should really consider replacing the whole unit (over $5000).

I have to give it to them, after I called and explained that I still have a broken pool, they've sent an experienced technician, it took him no longer than 20 minutes to tune the actuator - turn some knobs, calibrate some settings. He left, and a week later my secondary pump just died. I don't know why, and for what exact reason, but I still ended up with a much broken pool and an invoice for ~$500. I feel scammed.

I researched 8 pool companies and decided to use Foley Pools. I’m pretty picky, but Aaron and Josh were awesome and always communicated promptly! The crews worked fast and neat. Our pool was 20 years old and had never been renovated. They removed the diving board, added a tanning ledge, rebuilt the spa spillover, added steps to either side of hot tub, replaced cracked retaining walls, new tile, coping and plaster and a new decking area near tanning ledge. It was a big job, but we had an awesome experience, even when construction projects can be challenging for a neat freak like me. It turned out beautiful! Highly recommend them for your next pool renovation project.

Our experience with Foley from the start to the finish was far beyond our expectations! From day one and throughout the entire build, Dillon was very responsive and not pushy with our timeframe or budget, while also being appreciative of our business. He was very fast and skilled at making our pool vision come to life using his software program and also giving us his opinion when asked on choosing between options. Often times he would tell us he would go with a cheaper option than what we had asked about, because he honestly felt it was best for what we needed… I appreciated that a ton and he built immediate trust with us.

Blake was our project manager and he picked up right where Dillon left off with making Dillon’s rendering become reality. He never once left me hanging with a phone call or text message and gave us daily updates on what was happening. The project went from start to finish without even a hiccup and Blake would catch the few very small issues way before I did and make sure I knew the plan to fix them. Blake was also genuinely excited through the project too and never made us feel like we were just “another client”. Our project is coming to a close now and we have been blown away at how much the actual thing looks like our original renderings.

Finally, we had our pool school with Shawn and my wife and I were amazed at how detailed he was while also being patient with us to answer all questions we had. He walked us through the pool pump, chemicals, servicing, etc and we feel very comfortable with how everything works on our pool and hot tub

I could not recommend Foley enough to those looking to build a dream pool!

Had to update my review to reflect the poor service post build. They are impossible to get any response from for any fixes, no matter how minor. They push you off continuously and then just ghost you. Guess when the checks stop rolling in so does the customer service. Can’t actually recommend a company that doesn’t stand behind their product and their word.

Just completed my pool build with Foley Pools and I love how everything turned out. Kevin was great to work with on the design and materials selection. We came up with a design that incorporated everything I wanted, within my budget, and finished the build on schedule without any surprises or surprise costs-which was really important to me. Blake was on-site at every stage of construction and walked me through what to expect, and worked with me on a few last minute changes I wanted. As a first time pool builder (and pool owner) they took the time to answer my questions (I had a lot) and quickly addressed any concerns I had. Overall it was a very efficient and stress free process.

Go with Foley for a great pool and terrific service. We chose Foley after talking with some other pool companies (Gold Medal, for one) and comparing construction quality, design process, and budget.

Dillon did a terrific job with design and budget via great Q&A and excellent listening, idea gen, and skillful/fast iterative 3D image renderings--it was easy to run lots of on-the-fly "what ifs"--and those made a big difference in the final design. Great job too working with us on material selections and ways to make trade-offs to stay within budget.

Blake expertly oversaw the project, keeping it on time, on budget, and right on exact specs. Both Dillon and Blake were friendly, highly collaborative, flexible, and a pleasure to work with. Randy and his crew produced some great masonry work for us as well. We can highly recommend Foley for a terrific pool build experience.

Foley Pools made our backyard dreams a reality. From the responsiveness to our very first inquiry, to the completion of punch list items at the end of the project, we have felt a sense of pride from Foley Pools. This is not to say there were not issues, but there is going to be some type of adversity on any project of this magnitude and Dillon has continued to stay in our corner to make sure we have been able to overcome any obstacles. We are loving our backyard oasis and will continue to love it for years to come.

Foley pools built us a wonderful pool, spa and pergola for our backyard. We dealt with Dillon Foley from start to finish who was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Our project manager was Blake Hayward who was also professional, on point and responsive from start to finish.

From day one (the dig) to completion took only 10 weeks, and we are very happy with the finished project.

We had great construction coordinators and The builder trend app helped us monitor scheduled work, so there were no surprises when someone showed up in the backyard! Sure there were a few weather delays, but no labor problems. We were (are) super happy with the quality of work. The communications, and the education were greatly appreciated.

We recently received warranty service from Foley Pools for a valve actuator and a couple of pool lights. The service technician, Haven, came out the very next day. Haven did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Foley service in general and Haven, in particular, provided exceptional service. Parts and labor were fully covered under the 3 year warranty. Foley Pools handled everything, didn't have to go through the manufacturer. I highly recommend Foley Pools and Haven for your service needs.

Foley Pools is a GREAT local pool builder in our area in Celina TX! We contracted with Foley to do our complete backyard project. From the initial process of sitting down with Dillion and laying out the design, steps, timeframe it was a very pleasant process. In our opinion the build could have not went any better. They are prompt to answer any questions, Blake the project manager was GREAT to work with. Kept us updated on every single step along the way. Not only did they do the pool install we did travertine decking throughout, landscaping, irrigation, landscape lighting and finished off with new sod. I Matt am very particular and these folks exceeded my/our expectations and my grade of this job is an A+.. About 60 ish days from start to finish and thrilled about the turnout. Matter of fact we are in the hot tub now. Thank you Foley Pools so much and we’ll catch you on the next one!

"From Design To Reality" is right when thinking of Foley Pool! My wife and I first met with Dillion to share our thoughts about design and features. He walked us through the vast selections as he gained information about us to better help the process. He then laid out a timeframe which pleased us very much.
We were also very pleased with our project manager John. He was on top of things from the very start to the end of the project. Always giving us information along the way, my wife and I never had to guess who, where, when and why's. All of the workers that came to the house were super nice and extremely professional.
If we need another pool or if someone is looking to put one in, I'd highly recommend Foley Pool! I would also give them more than 5 stars too!

We couldn’t be happier with our new pool and the service we received from Foley Pools. From the moment we met Teresa, we were enjoying our planning experience. She brought wisdom and expertise which we desperately needed having never done this before. She not only designed a great pool, but walked us through every step. We found using the Buildertrend app very easy and helped us stay connected with what was going on even while we were overseas. Josh did an excellent job overseeing our project. Friendly and approachable, and never too busy to answer our questions. Thank you for giving us such a great experience and working with us and our budget. We can’t wait for summer!

I can't recommend Aaron and Foley Pools enough! They did a full renovation on our pool and patio and their quote came in well below the others we'd gotten. They scheduled and completed the work quickly and it turned out beautifully. I would use them for future work and will recommend them to everyone. They made me fall in love with my pool, again!

Steve and John helped us resurface our inground pool and replace some of our equipment. They were transparent with the process, pricing, and timing from start to finish. They provided frequent, timely, and clear communication for the entirety of the project. I would be happy to use Foley Pools and would recommend Steve and John (our PM) to anyone. I don't know what I expected with building a pool. but I know Blake and Dylan FAR exceeded all expectations. The communication was top notch. I felt informed and comfortable to ask anything. They managed to complete my pool in a little over 60 days, and I don't feel like they cut any corners. The sales process with Dylan was great even with all my changes, and Blake is the man always making sure I knew what was happening and the timeline. Even the pool school experience was good. You can't go wrong choosing Foley Pools.

Foley Pools service and weekly maintenance is great. Nick, who does our weekly pool cleaning and chemicals does a thorough job. He treats our pool as it was his own pool that he’s taking care of. Haven, who came out and checked over our pool equipment and repaired our spa and heater and did a wonderful job. He explained what issues he found and got everything fixed. Both Nick and Haven are very professional and polite.

I’ve owned a Foley Pool for four years. In that time i’ve had multiple repairs as well as issues directly related to the original Construction. They installed an improper switch that eventually failed and caused the power to go out at the control box. All the lights in the Pool and Spa failed after the switch shorted out. The holes put into the Concrete for the umbrellas were installed crooked so the Umbrellas aren’t straight up. The Pebble Tech is not uniform in Color. There is a large patch of Pebble Tech darker than the rest near the Drain. Foley was notified about that shortly after Construction and did nothing. The Tiling they did is all coming off. The App hasn’t worked in years. It’s impossible to control the Pool with the wifi. They were notified of that shortly after the Pool was constructed and did nothing. No matter what their slick Salespeople tell you, never use this Company. They do terrible work and don’t stand behind their Construction. Take a look at my Photos and see for yourself.

I am very happy with the whole Foley Pool experience, from the first contact with Dillon to the finished project walk-thru. Dillon, our salesman, was very courteous and professional throughout and John, our project manager, was very regimented about maintaining high quality workmanship and keeping the project on track and on budget. I would certainly recommend Foley Pools to my neighbors and friends.
