Well only took them about 50 days to complete! Foley Pools….Best pool company ever! Used them in 1995 and they were as good then as they are today. Highly recommend them 💯Family owned and run business. Dillon Foley and Blake our project manager were true professionals! The whole process from design concept to picking out tile, coping and Wet Edge aggregate inside the pool and decking was seamless! Would highly recommend these guys if you are even thinking about building a pool. This is my 4th pool and never been happier.

I can't express how much stress was involved in deciding to build a pool. I think it was even more difficult than deciding to buy a house. But from my first meeting with Dillon Foley through the completion of the project, Foley Pools made the process smooth.

Dillon listened to what we wanted in a pool, and designed one with us, not just for us. His fancy computer tools enabled us to watch as the pool was designed before our eyes. All the little details, ideas, changes, it was fantastic to watch.

The day of the first dig must be stressful for everyone, and we're no exception. But even after it rained for two weeks straight after the initial dig, Dillon and the construction team reassured me that everything would be fine.

Post-construction, Dillon was responsive to the punch list of items that needed to be addressed. And a huge thanks to Blake, the project manager who was added late in the project, who made sure everything was wrapped up in a timely matter.

We Absolutely LOVE our Foley Pool. We worked with Dillon regarding design and John for the construction. This is actually our second time to build with Foley if that tells you anything regarding their quality and workmanship. I was telling Dillon and John it’s like watching a Rolex being built, They are so precise with every last detail. Our situation was unique as the backyard is Very small with major drainage issues and a double retaining wall as we live in an older neighborhood in McKinney. With all of the challenges we faced I was very nervous that we were biting off more than we could chew.. but once again, Foley did not disappoint as They were 100% up for the task! Not only that, but John and Dillon were both amateur therapists for me during this time as I must have asked 500 questions from start to finish. They were both very kind and considerate, and never once got frustrated with my constant barrage of questions and concerns. Foley is a true family business, they were all involved with the project. Even on the last day, “After a very quick 7 week construction I might add”. Sean Foley must have spent three hours with me during my pool school. Once again Answering my dozens of questions and teaching me so much about how the pool functions from the plumbing to the chemistry. I included some before/after pictures below.

Such a great experience with Foley pools. Dillon and Josh did an outstanding job from start to finish. They are true professionals. We never felt pressured into purchasing upgrades, they let us decide and were very helpful and knowledgeable of all the selections. We had a few weather delays otherwise we would have been complete in 60 days. I would highly recommend Foley pools.

Building a pool is stressful but Foley Pools made my dream backyard come true. Dillion helped design exactly what I wanted and Tyler made sure the process went smoothly. It was amazing working with this company. The pictures don’t show the complete job. The stone decking looks amazing.

Latest, 7/22/2025: Josh, our weekly tech, is exceptional in his service. His proactive nature is appreciated. For instance, today he fixed the booster pump that may be fully disconnected in the next few days. Keep up the great work, Josh! Cheers.

I first started talking to Kevin Foley 3 years ago about building a pool for us. He reached out to me again to see if we were still interested in 2025, talk about persistence. I was glad he did. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our pool. Construction started in November and was completed in January. It would have been completed sooner if not for the holidays. Every step of the process was outlined in our initial meeting. We appreciate the understanding of the change orders. The one we did to make our entire patio look like the pool deck really set off our back yard. I would also like to thank our project manager John for the communication during the entire project. He was a real treat to work with and to answer all the questions from my wife and myself. Working with Foley pools was like working with your close friends. I highly recommend this company and look forward to enjoying are pool in the spring.

We got our pool designed and installed by Foley Pools. Our experience working with Dillon, John, and the Foley Pools team was excellent.

During the design phase Dillon patiently listened to what we wanted, rendered them into 3D designs, and made adjustments as we desired. During the material selection, Dillon helped us understand the pros and cons of various choices, style, cost, etc., that helped us make informed choices.

John led the construction of our pool. What we appreciated most was the transparency and continuous communication about the project. We encountered a few delays due to weather, contractor scheduling, etc., but were kept informed of these.

We are happy with how our pool turned out. We highly recommend Foley Pools for pool and backyard design needs!

We are very happy with our Foley pool! We really enjoyed working with Dillon & John as they helped us design & build the pool. It was a great process overall! They were very patient with all our questions and the pool looks beautiful! Josh also does an excellent job maintaining our pool every week. Knowing he’s coming by to check everything and keep our pool running perfectly has been a huge stress relief for us.

I recommend working with Dillon and John, they were great to work with and built the pool that we wanted with the help of there recommendations. The in office visited help us tackle all the major things we wanted and the show room helped us pick out the products quickly. Communication was great and follow up as well, they'll be building out next project.

We had a great experience with our pool remodel with Foley pools. Aaron P. with Foley pools came out and discussed what our ideas were, what we wanted, and took measurements of our current pool. The pool was in bad shape and had tiles popping off as well as plaster getting worn out. Aaron drew up some 3D plans showing the idea of what we wanted. We discussed our budget, timeline, and selected tiles and coping at their office in Prosper. I was a very particular client because I’m a former Architect and had a specific idea in mind for the fountain. Aaron worked with me to come up with a great design. The project started on May 19th and was done 24 days later on June 12th. Communication with our project manager John S. and Aaron was great throughout the project. All the subcontractors were skilled at their specific parts of the project and were friendly and respectful. We are so pleased with how well the pool turned out. Everyone that sees it is amazed at the transformation to our backyard in such a short amount of time. I am very confident in my recommendation of Foley pools! They did a fantastic job! After moving back to the area this summer, our first stop was Foley to begin the process of building our second pool with them. The design process was just as smooth and painless the second time around. Dillon did an amazing job guiding us through every step.

During construction, John was fantastic to work with. Whenever any questions or issues arose, he was quick to explain the process or resolve them promptly.

Now that the pool is complete, Josh has been doing an incredible job keeping it sparkling clean. He is very polite and always checks in with us when we’re outside to see how we’re doing and if there’s anything else we need.

We would absolutely recommend Foley to anyone who asks. While we hope this is the last pool we build, if we ever do it again, Foley will be our first choice.

Great Job Foley Pool. Aaron was a great. He came up with our backyard design quick after I told him what I wanted. Our yard was small and always got muddy when it rains. After few years our grass barley grew due to so much trees behind our house. I wanted extended slab with outdoor grill and fire pit and artifical grass and a place for a hot tub this winter. They were able to complete my back yard in less then 2 months. The team was great. Got a new fence as well and knocked down my rear fence and extend my yard about 5 feet bigger. Everyone loves our back yard now. We can host parties and not worry about getting our shoes muddy after the rain and no worrying about trying to get my grass to grow. Thanks to your team for the great work of transforming our yard to a place we can have great memories.

I had 4 different companies give me quotes and ideas for a pool and spa. Foley Pools blew everyone out of the water with their knowledge and professionalism from day one. The process was very easy and they have all been extremely helpful and responsive, I tend to ask a LOT of questions. From start to finish the project was completed in about 60 days and I can’t wait to heat it up and be swimming on Christmas, maybe even ringing in the New Year in my gorgeous new spa. I would recommend Foley Pools any day if you’re looking for exceptional quality of work and some of the best warranties out there. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

We were debating a pool for quite some time. We moved to a new home and decided to pull the trigger. We looked at three different pool companies, and Foley landed right in the middle. Everyone knows pools aren't cheap, so you want to know you get good design, and great customer service. From quoting to dig day and pool school, the entire process was really smooth. They kept us informed every step of the way. Some companies only deal with the pool, but Foley handles the fence repair, irrigation, and landscaping. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with so many nightmare stories out there about pool builds. Dillon our sales guy was a straight shooter, and great designer. He helped us articulate the vision for our backyard project. He walked us through all of the materials picking and made it frictionless. John the project manager stayed on top of every step, and was always stopping by to make sure everything was in order according to plan. These guys are top notch, and they have a wonderful team. I'd highly recommend giving them a call and letting them quote your project.
