So happy with Matco. Our heater wasn’t working and they were able to get out same day to repair it. Jeff was great! He was on time, explained everything so I understood what the issues were and fixed everything in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Garrett and his crew did an awesome job replacing our entire HVAC system. They worked quickly but paid attention to detail, cleaning up after the job and confirming that we understood how to operate our new thermostat, replace the filter, etc. I highly recommend Matco and Garrett's crew.

Chris came today for the summer visit of our yearly 2 visit maintenance service from MATCO, which came highly recommended from a close friend. He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. He explained what he was doing for every step which I really appreciated. I'm very glad to have a good company I can rely on taking care of my system twice a year to keep an eye on it and extend it's life (as per the manufacture).

Ryan and Austin did an amazing job servicing our house! They serviced our AC and heater and provided recommendations for how we could prepare for winter. I will definitely be calling Matco Services for all my AC needs.

I had Matco take a look at an ac compressor and they came back with what appeared to be an unreasonable quote for replacement parts and work to be done. I had two other ac companies look at the compressor and they both agreed that no work was required. I am inclined to think that the Matco tech misdiagnosed the situation or was incentivized to sell services that are not needed. Regardless, I will look elsewhere for residential ac services in the future.

Really great company! Won’t ever do business with anyone else. The owner meets you at your front door and is very kind and professional. He explains the product as well as any of his technicians possibly could, and ensures you leave happy. A fantastic experience, cannot say enough. They saved us a lot of money too, as they took the time to explain what options we had and let us choose menu-style, rather than rush us into whatever product was available (like our other bids did). Installation was quick and painless.

Experienced, knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Great customer service. I have used Matco for maintenance on our 30+ units at work and at my personal residence as well. They replaced quite a few units for us at our work that were damaged by a hailstorm a year or so ago and their work is top notch.

Thanks to Santiago and Matco for the help on a Sunday! We appreciated being able to talk to a real person when we called and the quick call back Santiago provided. After trying to talk us through a quick few checks, he set expectations of when he would be out. He ended up having to replace wires on the outside unit and stayed to throughly check that our issues were resolved. We have never regretted finding Matco and we are glad to continue to depend on them!

My heater went out in my home recently. I called 4 other HVAC company’s in the Frisco/Prosper area and was not satisfied at all. Then a friend of mine told me to contact Matco. I did, and to my surprise their team showed up at my home and took care of my problem the same day!! I will be recommending this company to every person i know going forward! Thank you Matco services and team for your brilliant work inside my home!! The heater works great!

Really enjoyed the experience provided by Tim and the MATCO Services team. Tim was professional, timely, and did a nice job of overviewing what we needed without any pressure to expand the scope of the project beyond what was necessary. His crew showed up when they were supposed to, did a great job, and they have already responded within 24 hours to make a few minor adjustments after we've had a full day to see how the system works.

I had my AC systems serviced about 2 years ago. The tech was very knowledgeable and got my systems running great.
This past winter one of my gas furnaces stopped working. It was a Sunday and I did not want to bother a technician if not needed so I tried to diagnose the issue and replaced the flame sensor and ignitor. Didn't work. I called Matco and they sent out a tech. He checked the same things and determined the control board was bad. As he was finishing up the owner shows up at my home (also the techs Dad, so probably just checking up on him). The owner, Matt, then tries to talk me into considering replacing the whole unit because it is old. At this point we don't know if the board will fix it or not. The board was $97 from Amazon. Why would I replace my HVAC unit and spend thousands of dollars when all I needed was a $97 board??? Matt left a really bad taste in my mouth. Literally. He does not care about me and what is best for me(he actually told me what is best for him is not best for me). Here is an idea... let's try the $97 board first before replacing the entire unit? Don't come to my house, see the yellow Supra in the driveway (company car, not mine) and try to talk to me like I have thousands of dollars burning a hole in my wallet. I want a company that will do everything possible to keep my current system running. Replacement should be the very last option, not a discussion point. Also, learn to read the room! In talking with me, you learned that I am a DIYer and the room next to us was unfinished and in the middle of a paint project. You think someone who does their own projects/repairs will just replace their HVAC because it's better for YOU!?! I will no longer use Matco for my HVAC needs. If you can avoid the salesman/owner, the techs are great.

EDIT: There you have it folks. Matco wants to sell you units you don't need, just because they are old. Also, the unit that was serviced was for the gas heat. Nothing to do with AC. So why buy a new HVAC based on the refrigerant type in winter when it is not in use??? Also, the unit that was serviced is newer and runs on 410a. The R22 unit is for the downstairs and works just fine.

My condensate lines both backed up and caused a flood down into my foyer. I google searched and found Matco, and I am thankful to find them. Service was exceptional from the first conversation with their office. James came by the same day and corrected both issues with the drain lines, quickly. I have had multiple contractors over the years address the same issue, but no one was able to resolve the issue permanently until Matco.

Great company, great service, and James was the most knowledgeable and capable technician that I have ever met.

I would highly recommend Matco, and I will be using them for all of my future needs.

Matco was amazing to work with. We called them about our upstairs unit not working. They came out the next day and repaired the issue. A few days later the downstairs unit had problems. We made the decision to go ahead and replace both units completely since they were 16 years old. They were here a couple of days later and only took 1 day to completely install 2 brand new systems. They even credited back the repair to apply to the new units. They were on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Matco!

During the 90+ degree temps in mid-May, my 3 year old AC system quit working. Matco came out safe day for diagnostics, and determined I had multiple issues with the system.

The following day, they sent me a quote and estimated a significant delay to get parts to repair my existing system from the manufacturer. This was no fault of Matco. I could not wait weeks for AC, so Mike and Frank jumped through hoops to get me a replacement unit to get my system back up and running. They were able to install within a couple days, when everyone else I spoke to had multiple week waits due to the labor shortages.

I can’t thank Mike, Frank, and the Matco folks enough for getting my house livable again. I would recommend Matco to anyone in need of AC help.

We came home from a weekend trip to be welcomed by an 84' downstairs, ugh! Ritchie and Jack came out today, were friendly and professional, replaced a bad capacitor and in no time we were comfortable again. Thanks, guys, for efficient, competent service at a very reasonable price! (Also a shout-out to Santiago, who does a great job semi-annually inspecting our HVAC system, thanks, Matco!)

On 6/3/20 Matco services installed a new air conditioning system for me. From the company giving me the estimate to the completion of the install has been a wonderful experience. The company was on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything, and removed the old system. If I could rate them on a 1 to 10 scale, I would give them an 11. I will use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

After two different companies not exactly good experiences. My neighbor referred me Matco Services. They answered immediately and sent Santiago. He made the diagnosis and explained the failure to me in detail. The best thing was that he solved the problem for good. I definitely recommend them and always ask that they send Santiago. In Texas it is important to have a reliable air conditioning technical service and I already found mine.

I have been customer of Matco since they acquired Berry’s Quality Service a few years ago. I was very pleased with Berry’s and was apprehensive about the change. However I have found Matco to be just as reliable, responsive, courteous and dependable.
They are always on time and every technician I have had is competent, courteous and helpful. Prices are competitive.
They have always responded quickly even on weekends. I heartily recommend Matco for all your ac and heating needs. Chris, my latest tech, was very helpful answering my questions and explaining what he was doing and why.

I couldn't be more happy with Matco Services. When our 20-year old furnace died, they came out the same day I called and gave me the options, prices, and recommendations. I decided to go with a new furnace, and they were able to install it the very next day. The were very professional and did a great job at a fair price.
