MATCO helped us out several times including fixing a previous company’s incorrect work. They came out quickly and had the work done the same day! We are so grateful for the professionalism and quality work from MATCO!

We have been using Matco for years now. The service technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, and full of integrity. I know that they are going to do a fantastic job every time they show up and only do what is necessary and cost effective to get me up and running if my 20 year old system is having an issue. They don't push to "install an new system" and they never try to up-sale me anything. I can't say enough about this company. The owner Michael is just an absolutely fantastic person!

I had a problem with my heat not coming on. I called Matco and they were able to send someone out that day. The service man Santiago Salina came and he checked out the system. He was able to pin point the problem. It was the fan motor and he was able to get it to work by switching some wires but recommended I get a new motor because he couldn't say how long the motor that would last and being the winter is coming I decided to replace it. He checked on the price for me which I was OK with. So he got it order and within the week I was getting it done. Santiago is old school and will not do something unless he does it right. Our AC unit finally quit. Denny did a great job helping us find the correct unit for US. There was no pressure. He explaining how the equipment worked and is very knowledgeable about their equipment. They were very helpful with financing also.

Their install crew was very professional. They laid drop clothes down so not to mess up our carpet. Everything looks great and the new system is pretty awesome.

Denny came back after crew cleaned everything up and showed me how to work thermostat and set it up. He also went up and showed me the system and showed me everything I needed to know about that too.

The work performed by the individual Matco Services technicians on my AC and Heating Check-up was Excellent but, the coordination of communication between Matco and the Homeowner could have been better. There were more calls to the Home Office to understand what was going on than should have been necessary. Santiago, however, was very helpful in explaining everything he was doing and in diagnosing a real problem.

As a business owner it is essential that my heating and air conditioning are in top notch working order at all times. Matco Services never fails to exceed my expectations and keep everything running efficiently. And their service techs, Austin and Ryan were friendly, professional, and skilled. Excellent Service! All my questions and concerns were addressed efficiently and I felt I left with a more comprehensive understanding of how my unit worked. I needed routine maintenance performed on my unit that is 10 years old. I reached out to Matco and they were able to have a tech come out that same day. Garrett was great! he was knowledgeable, professional and overall was able to save me some money! Definitely recommend these guys - they do fantastic work and never once did I feel like I was being "sold" on any unnecessary services.

I have been a customer for 22 years with Matco Services and they have kept my 25-year old HVAC system running that whole time with visits in the Spring and visits in the Autumn to make sure it was well-tuned. It impressed me that they would always attempt to prolong the life of a very expensive essential need in our homes rather than pushing to sell a new appliance. When my system finally decided it was time to say goodbye a few weeks ago, Matco gave me options, prices and recommendations and made the replacement seamless. From Michael Hollman explaining the whole process and answering my long list of questions, to G1, G2, Santiago and Jackson working so hard to make sure my house is back to normal, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Whether it is for replacement, or to make your existing equipment last longer, I wholeheartedly recommend Matco.

Wow, just had Ryan and Garrett out from Matco to check behind another HVAC company's diagnosis of my four units. I was blown away with their knowledge, experience, and integrity, and caught the other guys pencil-whipping their test results to upsell me. Unfortunately, not all HVAC service companies are beyond reproach, but Matco stands out head and shoulders above the pond scum. Ten out of five stars!

I had a disappointing experience with Matco HVAC (JoAnna one of their customer service supervisor. Not the first time.), which started when I chose them because they were the HVAC company my builder used. I thought it would be a good idea to stay consistent and signed up for a maintenance agreement plan with them around 2021-2022.

In 2022, I requested a maintenance visit, and while the technician who came out was very polite and informed me that my house was still new, he suggested that I didn’t need to use one of my maintenance appointments just yet. Fast forward to 2024, I reached out to Matco to schedule a maintenance appointment and was informed that I would have to pay additional fees because their maintenance package prices had increased.

I was not happy with this as the agreement I signed up for was at a set price, and I expected it to be honored. If prices were going to change, it defeats the purpose of booking a maintenance package in advance. When I expressed my confusion and disappointment, the representative told me that I should’ve used my appointment sooner.

At that point, I requested a refund and decided not to do business with Matco HVAC again. I’ve received much better customer service elsewhere and will be taking my business to Berkeys in the future.

We recently used Matco to install an additional HVAC unit in our office warehouse building. They were prompt and thorough when responding with an estimate. They communicated with us and coordinated with other trades smoothly. The project was done on time, as promised. I would highly recommend them.

My air stopped working on the first really hot day of the year and it was a Sunday. I called 5-6 other companies and couldn’t get anyone out for several hours, if at all. Matco had someone out within the hour and fixed the issue. They’ve secured my future business with any hvac issues.

Garrett did an amazing job! He came out within an hour of calling and was able to figure out the problem and solve it quickly. He was the absolute best! Highly recommend him and MATCO.

My AC started acting up overnight - I needed the issue resolved same day. Matco responded within a few hours and had my house cooled back down a few hours after that. Jackson was great; very professional, respectful, and most importantly kept me updated throughout the process.

Yesterday we had one of our HVAC units replaced and several of our units repaired (capacitor's replaced). Jack, Wesley, and Juan's crew did an amazing job. They were were here bright an early, kept me updated the entire time, and work was completed before noon. They really did a great job working efficiently around the staff . We have had our maintenance with Matco for years, here at the office, and I have never been disappointed.

Amazing service, Garrett and Jackson came and serviced our building, after days of no heat during the winter storm, they came and fixed it that day. Highly recommend!!
