    I haven't had their services yet (pending scheduling app) but I can tell them actually being from the 903 area, they will do the best they can to help. Plus, reading all these positive reviews really eases my mind. My Home Warranty sent out A/C people (NOT THIS COMPANY) and the owner was beyond rude and wouldn't even give me some type of diagnosis paperwork so if I chose to use his services, I would be able to explain it to my husband. (The way the A/C people spoke was almost like a second language lol) The owner just typed a simple email and had told me 1 thing in person then the email said something completely different. Beyond Frustrating. My husband and I both work for EMS for the 903 area and I love that our community cares for first responders when WE are the ones in need. For now I'll give them 5 stars and return after they schedule and update my review and rating! As of right now, they get a thumbs up in my opinion! :] UPDATE: I had my appointment and this whole company is a breath of fresh air. Scott came out and explained everything and listened to my concerns. He even wore little shoe covers to not dirty our house! Rochelle in the office was so sweet to schedule around my 3 year old's nap! The fix was very easy and emailed me the estimate while he was standing in my house. This company made it beyond easy and made us feel like family. Very much worth 5 star rating.
