Late Thursday, noted a heavy leak from garage hot water heater...contacted Republic and got a same appointment-per concern for this possible weekend weather-ice snow sleet-Josh contacted us regarding arrival time..upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the issue-water heater replacement required- informed us of options..provided up front pricing...kept us abreast of installation progress...when completed he explained pertinent operational processes...Josh exhibited professionalism during the entire process...and if required...happy to work with him again...5 star service 💫💫💫💫💫 CMarie V

The job started off a little differently water was all over my wash room , they were on top of the situation and handy it well . A job well done.

Chance arrived today on time and performed a general home electrical system check as part of our home service contract. Although we have not been having any electrical issues, Chance still checked all panel boxes and GFCI outlets. He was very friendly but still professional. It was a very pleasant encounter.

First time using this company they have showed up for me speedily like break of dawn speedily Ac stopped working and REED, the Technician had him twice very professional and courteous young man. Although had slight issue the first time use of Company, Brian and Staci Resolved the issue quickly. The 2nd time using Reed He fixed different issue in the attic. He was honest and upfront. I was in somewhat of a panic on Friday night when our hot water heater burst. I called Republic and they walked me step by step what to do. They were out the next morning as promised with a replacement water heater and all is good now. Stacy and Kelton thank you so much for taking care of us!

This was our first time to have Republic tech, Jeromy in our hone. He was friendly, professional and made sure our AC system is ready for hot Texas weather that is, no doubt, on the way.

Josh got here during terrible weather. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He provided the services that we needed. We also appreciated Peggy’s help in getting us serve before the weather got really bad.

Avoid this company! Ridiculously overpriced and their membership is a joke. I was charged $600 for a water heater flush and got a $100 discount because I signed up for the monthly membership. The techs are nice and punctual but do not listen and do not diagnose properly. The problem I was having was not fixed the first time and had to get them to come out a second time just to tell me it was a whole different issue and then received a quote of $674 to replace a shower stem. I declined the service. I decided to cancel the membership, which was not easy to do, and then got charged the “discount” from the water heater flush. Beware! Save your time and money!!

My ceiling was leaking water in my 2 story home. I didn't know y but something told me check my AC unit upstairs and that was the issue. I googled to c who I could use and Republic came up. I read the reviews and saw how good they were so I tried them. In the reviews I kept seeing Reed's name. Guess who showed up at my door Reed and he was everything everyone had wrote He's the BEST. He was so professional, friendly, great customer service and he fixed my issue in no time. I called right at 8p and he was gone before 9p. That's how fast they work they all did an Awesome job. I even signed up for the membership I was very impressed. Thank u Republic u have a customer for life 🫶🏾

Theo and Zach were amazing repairing a leak in my slab. Offered an over the top solution at a great price. They were professional and made easy work of a difficult job. Would highly recommend them again. I will be sure to use Republic Home Services for my next plumbing job.

Emergency call on a 11pm evening. Water line broke to WH in attic. From the first call to Sandie to the plumber on call Kelton, nothing but concerned helpful understanding professional people. They handled what was needed in a quick efficient manor. Scheduling was arranged to meet our emergency needs. Very rare in this world. We were make comfortable with their actions and promises. As to date WH is working as expected and the home is at pease. These are Gods people put here to deliver his words “ Do unto others as you word have done to You”. Thank you again, we have definitely found a respectful contractor for our needs in running a household.

Stacey had wonderful customer service on the phone, answering, communication, dispatching a technician. Josh, the technician was great as well. He gave very detailed play by plays of everything that he was doing, different options, the best pricing, and also scheduled for another technician to come out and make free quotes for new units. Very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and a great conversationalists! You can tell that he enjoys life, his job, and his wife! We greatly appreciate this company for keeping our house maintained as they have!!! 👍🏾
