Theo and his co-worker were both amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Honest, that’s really a missing characteristic in plumbers these days so it was very refreshing to witness and because of Theo this company has my business. I think Theo should get a raise or bonus for being such an awesome asset and contribution to your company.

Jerome and Robert were great! They were professional and courteous. Robert also was able to resolve a thermostat issue I had. They were both very thorough. Thanks guys!!

Have been with Republic for many years. I would t go to anyone else to service my A/C or heat. Randy who has doing our yearly service checks is the best. He is very knowledgeable, great work ethics, and down to earth. I truly will stay with Republic for the great service I receive every time.

We had a call for a leak I our wall next to our water heater. Kelton arrived promptly after informing us he was on the way. Once he arrived, it did not take long for him to find the issue. Upon inspection of the issue he also informed us that he was unsure of how much longer the water heater would survive considering its age and the pressure valve on tops was wide open. Kelton advised that he could fix the issue but warned it may end up being half of what hot water heater replacement would cost including the repair to the leak. Kelton was correct, the estimate for only the repair was about half of the hot water heater replacement. With this being the case, we opted to have the hater heater replaced to keep from having to replace it sooner rather than later. Kelton was able to get a new hot water heater installed and the repair fixed the same day. Incredibly thankful for the level of service and professionalism he carried. Would definitely recommend him!

Chance did thorough job reviewing my homes electrical set up and offered some good suggestions. He answered all my questions confidently and I was impressed with his broad knowledge and he even gave me a history lesson on how electricity delivery has evolved over over the last 100 years. He mentioned he's only been with Republic for 6 months. I think Chance has a bright future with Republic

I was genuinely surprised that he was as friendly as he was and knowledgeable. He was very kind n explained everything that was going on with the process. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for sending someone who understands what is needed n not just trying to get your money.

Tech Jerome showed up on time, went to work after a pleasant introduction. He kept me updated and gave me a detailed explanation of his findings, followed up by an email.
He performed safety and performance inspections of my heater system, which all included in my yearly membership.

Jerome went above and beyond for me. He came out late at night to fix our HVAC system and was just as professional and kind as if it were the middle of the day. He’s always polite, incredibly knowledgeable, and very quick to diagnose and fix the issue.

You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and taking care of people—not just checking a box. I am extremely grateful for his dedication and responsiveness. If you’re lucky enough to get Jerome, you’re in great hand.

Thanks to the whole team at Republic Home Services and their tech Reed Keeth. Our furnace went out right before a winter storm, and they fixed it fast. They were honest and reliable. I can gladly say that I found my new HVAC company.

They have now done my water heater and garbage disposal. I am so pleased with the service that they give and they are very informative along the way. If you need any work done, they are who you need to call!! They don’t seem to be too expensive compared to other companies and are quick to get you scheduled!

Kelton Starnes came to address yet another plumbing problem for us. He had been to our house previously to reroute a water pipe and did very good work in a timely manner. Today he quickly found another problem and gave us a plan for fixing it. I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

My overall experience with them has been pretty good. I’m currently on a service plan with One Republic. Last year in October my cool handler went totally out. They let do a payment plan for the remaining balance thanks for helping us in a time of need.

Plumber (Theo) came out Tuesday 9/23/2025 to do an annual assessment of the plumbing in the house, returned Friday 9/26/2025 to conduct an install of our new toilet and did an amazing job. Very professional and highly recommended.

Reed was awesome! His companies prices were terrible. Tried to charge 664 for a part that cost 41 dollars. We put it on ourselves for free. It was the run cap. A common part to go out. Even a lifetime warranty on that is silly considering it’s a basic part. So trying to say lifetime warranty for hundreds of dollars is not a valid reason.

We compared their pricing to two other companies. One said 290 and the other 325. They probably do great work but their markup is insane. I’d rather sleep one warm night again than to ever pay 664 for nothing.

Republic has been a constant with our property for over 2yrs now including plumbing, electric, and HVAC services. Each and every visit, I can count on professionalism and cleanliness from the technicians. We are and will be longterm customers. You literally cannot get better service than what Republic offers. Wayne and Zack were awesome!! They were very courteous and professional and knowledgeable. Had I known they were this great, I would have scheduled my appointment months ago. I truly appreciate Republic Home services for making life easier for me with the services you provide. And kudos to HR for always hiring great and knowledgeable employees. Republic Home 24 hour service was a lifesaver for us last night. Our daughter notices water dripping from our ceiling around 10 pm. She looked in our attic and found that one of the pipes from our A/C was the culprit. Right away she called their number. Thirty minutes later Jeremy their technician was at our door. He not only fixed the pipe, they are also having their sheet rock people coming soon to repair our ceiling at no cost to us. We are so thankful we choose them to install our A/C last summer. Their service is wonderful.

Republic Home Service has a good customer service, they are prompt and attentive but their prices are very high compared to peers. On 2/2/26 I called them due to a heater issue, they sent Jeromy Hurley and within 1 hour he had not found the issue. Checking my watch I asked for an update which he provided but mentioned so far the incurred cost was $258. The show up charge was $129. The reason he doubled that within an hour was because I needed an extended service. He further said if I wanted to continue with the service, the cost would be about $450, this fee would be further assessed since at that point he had not diagnosed the issue. I asked if the show up charge is credited once the issue is diagnosed but he did not want any further financial discussion. I decided to end the service. I later called another company who sent a technician and within 1 hour he had diagnosed the issue. He explained to me he did it by isolating several sections of the heater and arrived at the one section where the issue was confined. It made a lot of sense why he diagnosed the issue so quickly. The total charge for the service was $211.

We had Jerome come visit and check on our heating system and he was phenomenal! Our home was chaotic with children and pets and the aftermath of hosting and he was so kind and gracious. He took the time to listen to my 3 year old about her toy which made her feel special. He was thorough in his inspection and answered every question I had. He was able to explain everything really well! He asked if we needed our filter replaced (we did, but hadn’t gotten to it because our ceilings are high) and replaced it for us, which was amazing. We have had Republic out here several times since living here and everyone is incredible. Thank you Jerome!!

We have had unfortunate situations lately that have lead to several visits from Republics home services plumbing and hvac team. Every visit they make as pleasant as they can, they give detailed reports that are easy to understand and give different options as a fix and offer preventative upkeep. They are prompt when handling emergent situations. The membership is a great value and has proven to be valuable to us. Kelton is the best plumber and Jeromy and Austin are great hvac techs.
