My husband I used Wine Cellar Specialists to turn our hall coat closet into a wine closet. Really, in Texas, who needs coats? Certainly not us, we needed a space to store wine!! We met with Nancy and shared our ideas and then she added some of her own. Together we came up with a wine closet that fits our needs perfectly and has added value to our home! The work was done in a timely manner and the installers were wonderful. Our wine closet has definitely been a topic of conversation with our friends and we are pleased to recommend Nancy Hoga Higgins of Wine Cellar Specialists to our friends.

I was very please with Terry Decker's professionalism as well as providing a great design and assisting with the purchase of the wine chiller for the cellar. The racking fit perfectly when we installed it. The finished product is beautiful ! I highly recommend using the Wine Cellar Specialists.

I contracted with Wine Cellar Specialists to remove my old Breezaire unit and replace (and relocate) it with a Cellarpro 3200 recommended by them. I found Brad Cupp, the WCS representative, very straight forward and easy to work with. The work was performed in a timely, professional and efficient manner. We are very happy with the Cellar Pro unit (massive upgrade!) and its installation and would highly recommend Wine Cellar Specialists for any needed wine cellar project!

I purchased a wine cellar door from Wine Cellar Specialist and had the pleasure of working with Alex. She helped me design a custom door that was absolutely beautiful. This was a very big project and she was so kind and professional and held my hand throughout the whole process. It was an amazing experience. I researched other companies before choosing Wine Cellar Specialists and it was their customer service and attention to detail that made my decision so easy. I highly recommend them for any wine cellar project.

Cellar refrigeration never worked properly and we were told "out of warranty" - beware of this company as their warranty starts at date of install even if not operational until 6 months later. Our cellar is beautiful but this company is extremely difficult to work with and poor customer service. Bottom line, we're having new cooling system installed after 1.5 years at our own expense of $5,000! I'd look elsewhere for your custom wine cellar needs.

We are very pleased with our wine cellar built by Wine Cellar Specialists. It was a challenging space (under the staircase) but Brad and his team did an amazing job. We were always kept informed of timing and his team was so professional. Highly recommend them!

We had a great experience working with Terry Decker in designing a custom built wine door for our basement wine cellar. Terry was extremely responsive and very patient with our many questions. She appreciated that we were making an investment with this purchase and wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered before we moved forward. She worked with her design team to make sure we got the type of door we wanted for our place and even matched it to the exact paint color of the other doors in our basement. She was very careful to make sure all specs were exactly as we needed before the door was built. It was a great experience overall, and we are very happy with the final product, which is a perfect fit and match.

Appreciated the help with creating a new wine cellar, BUT Wine Cellar Specialists took responsibility for completing the warranty paperwork on the refrigeration unit and compressor. When we had a claim within the warranty period, we discovered that Wine Cellar Specialists had NOT filed the warranty information with the manufacturer. Brad refused to take any responsibility for WCS not filing the warranty and refused to pay any part of the considerable cost I incurred to replace the compressor that should have been covered under warranty.

I have not even ordered my wine cellar as yet, but felt compelled to put in a very positive review for Lise Richards at Wine Cellar Specialists. She has been a delight to work with. Lise is attentive, creative, responsive, unafraid to inject her ideas/opinions, and really feels like a wonderful design partner instead of a "vendor" just waiting to take the order. I look forward to continuing to work with her, but this has been a very positive impression in terms of what it means to work with this establishment.

We had a start to finish excellent experience with Wine Cellar Specialists. After talking to a couple of carpenters about converting a closet into a small wine cellar I wasn't very confident they knew what they were doing so I started looking for expertise and found Wine Cellar Specialists.

I had my consultation with Brad Cupp and he was very passionate about their business and options they could provide for my closet space. I provided photographs of the space and they provided various renderings for me to choose from. And then we were off and running. Brad provided an accurate timeline of the project and often showed up onsite to oversee that things were going smoothly and to our liking. I have to also give a shout out to Tom their carpenter who does great work and is enjoyable to work with.

We are incredibly pleased with our finished project. For a tight space we can store over 250 bottles, it looks professional and has added an attractive center piece to our home. I highly recommend Wine Cellar Specialists and working with Brad Cupp.
