Over charged me almost $800 for installing a simple outlet box with a switch. Then they up sold me on making my pool lights more safe and now the pool lights don't work!!! I called them to fix the lights and they refused.

Updating post in response to Richardson Ready Electric's response: yes the work was back in 2015 and upsetting enough for me to remember over several years. For the record... the pool lights worked before you guys offered to "make them safer." After you "made them safer" they no longer worked and of course you offered to fix them for a fee, which I refused. However, I am offering you an opportunity to fix the light you guys created a malfunction in. Thanks.

We have used this company twice now for our Handyman service, and they are prompt and quick and get the job done!

Great, dependable electricians. We recently had them install new gym lights in our school building. James was very patient in helping us determine the correct replacement items. We were given several options, questions answered, and given the time for the board to review and make the best decision.

They have also completed other small projects around our church and school. They always show up when they say they will, do good work, and clean up after they are done.

These guys are excellent and you will get a fair and honest price. Shout out to James, an experienced Master Electrician who will do your estimate and professionally oversee your job, and to Eppy and his apprentice who do excellent careful work. A real pleasure, great job, excellent communication and I highly recommend.

They placed a surge protector to electrical box and wanted them to figure out why one of the outer outlet lost power. End up spending lots of time and creating different work. I talked to manager to send a different crew to fix the problem. Supposedly it was fixed after paying a very large bill. I have an different electrici company addressing the problem again. Save your $$$ and don’t call them.

The electrician was so professional and so helpful. After the storm on 5/28, we lost power for a day which was restored same day. But then the next day the power was wonky and then only half our breakers were working 5/30. Turns out the line from the meter to the box got fried, we had another company come out to just repair the line but they wanted $10k to do all the unnecessary upgrades. But Richardson Ready Electric was called on 5/31, we sent them photos of damage and they said they could come Monday 6/3. Unfortunate but lots of electrical damage in area after the storm. He said he might come 6/1. Well we hoped for the best and they showed up on a Saturday and fixed the fried line from meter to breaker box. We finally had power to the entire house again!! And the fee was so reasonable for emergency work on the weekend! It was under $300 for the work! I highly recommend Richardson Ready Electric for any of your needs!
