I had been searching for a new provider and couldn't be more pleased with this company. After interviewing three companies, I selected TCA-Plano/Frisco because of their rotation cleaning system, the ability to make changes to my schedule and pay online, and their professionalism (5 star reviews). After 9 years with our other company, we had seen things go downhill and cleaning was not up to par. We just had the first clean/deep clean and I agree with other posts, our house hasn't been this clean in years. Plus, everything is still in it's place, how I had it before. My husband usually doesn't like people in his office (and cleans it himself) and was so impressed with Martha and Susy's handiwork that he said he will let the company clean it next time. Thank you Alex for leading such an incredible team of proud, excellent professionals!

Continued decline in service and management. Clearly missed and did not care about cleaning my
House yet charged me $218. I had to be vacuum, make bed, and dump trash cans. Owner argued with me the this was my fault for having a dog and not tipping before. Never use this service!

The service personnel arrived on time with a smile. They immediately began diligently working never slowing down. They organized each room as they went paying close attention to details. My wife and I were very satisfied. The Office Manager, Madison made the experience positive. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Maricela and Nancy did a phenomenal job while deep cleaning our home!! They were prompt, professional and kind. They took the time to clean every surface, vacuum under and around all our furniture, and spent extra time on our kitchen and bathrooms. All our appliances are shining, and our home smells and looks so clean!

I just had my initial deep cleaning completed by Rosa and Nancy and they did an amazing job! Nearly 6 hours of covering every inch of our home. The attention to detail was 10 out of 10. I think this is the cleanest our home has ever been!

Looking forward to the biweekly maintenance moving forward as this will be a huge stress relief for my wife and I. Highly recommend!

The folks at Cleaning Authority have been caring for my home for 16 years. They do a great job. And their team leaders really seem to care about meeting a family's needs. This week especially.

There were several active kids at my house this week for most of the time the team was there. It was unavoidable and the ladies cheerfully worked around it. They had to do everything out of their usual pattern, but got all tasks accomplished with a smile for the kids when they got in the way.

This is not the only reason I'm a loyal customer.. But I'm grateful they went the extra mile.

Having family from out of town here for Christmas, I had to change my regular appointed Monday cleaning. The office was able to reschedule and sent me Jennifer and Johana today. The girls did a great job in getting the house back in shape after all the holiday!

Everything in our home was completely covered in dust from a recent renovation. The thought of cleaning everything ourselves was overwhelming and seemed impossible. Madison was so kind and understanding from the start, reassuring me that they would take of us. And boy, did they deliver! Michael and Blanca did such an amazing job. They went above and beyond for us and I'm so grateful. All across the board, 5 stars. 10/10 recommend!

I had The Cleaning Authority come to clean yesterday, 2/6/2025. They did an awesome job!! The girls don't speak English, only Spanish. However, you can communicate with them on their phones. It worked out perfectly. I have a bad back and it's difficult for me to bend. I'm so very pleased with their work and the price was right! It was so wonderful waking up to a clean house this morning. If you're looking for a cleaning company, "you need to call The Cleaning Authority". You won't be disappointed!

Nancy & Maricela are very professional. They know exactly what they are doing and come and start working. When they are finished my house looks great!

I would not recommend this company. The communication is terrible. I booked my appointment a couple of months in advance and asked if I could have a noon start time. I was told "it is not guaranteed and someone would call me the week before to confirm". I never got a call so I called them the day before and was told a crew would be here at 8:30am. So, I figured I did not get my requested time. On the day I wait, wait, wait. I finally called at 9:20 and asked where my crews was and was told they would not be here until noon. So frustrating!!

The ladies did show up at noon and neither one spoke English. I had many things to show and communicate to them and had to use Google Translate - again, very frustrating.

This was to do a deep clean in my home which required some unreachable shelves and was never told they would not be able to use a step ladder to reach the "high stuff".

I had to readjust all shutters after they were cleaned and I had to reposition all of my decor as they were not put back in place.

A company inspector (also did not speak English) showed up about 1.5 hours after they began and much of the house had not been cleaned so this was a complete joke and there is no way the company can verify the work was done to my satisfaction.

It took them 4.5 hours to clean this house which was wayyyyy too long, therefore, very expensive.
