Pat and Bella always do a great job for our recurring clean. We work from home and they are always flexible in cleaning our home based on schedule/needs that day. We’re glad to have them as our dedicated team!

We had Ana and Josefina yesterday and they did a great job. I love having a clean home and everything is spotless.

We had Maricela, Ana, and Rocio from The Cleaning Authority over today for our first cleaning session and it was awesome. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were true professionals. Their dedication and attention to detail were spot-on. What impressed me the most, though, was their willingness to accommodate my specific requests. I had a few areas that required extra care, and they handled them with precision and care. We highly recommend this team.

Montse and Minerva were so very qualified and did a superb job. They were so quiet we hardly knew they were in the house! Great job and much appreciated!

The Cleaning Authority (Madison) literally fired me yesterday when I called to let them know that they didn't replace trash bags in cans and the floor wasn't cleaned well. The response from co-owner (Madison) was, "well I cleaned your floor on one visit, and your wife still complained." (now I understand why the ladies you've trained can't get it right). She then proceeded to tell me that she wanted to avoid accountability and "we should go our separate ways."

Attached are photos from a corner of our den from their previous visit, where after two visits (bi/weekly service) over a months' time, the floor was never touched. I had to clean it myself (results in trash can) and Madison acted as if I was putting her out to even mention it.

They will promise you the stars to get you to leave your current service, but all you will be left with is stardust! You've been warned......

Suzy and Martha have been helping us with cleaning our home for a couple of years. Always on time, trustworthy and hard workers. Thank you both

I've been using The Cleaning Authority of Plano/Frisco for nearly a year and have been very satisfied with their services. All the cleaners have done a good job, but I particularly appreciate Cristy. She goes above and beyond what is required and leaves my house clean and welcoming. Excellent work!

This is several months after my above review, and we are now in shelter at home mode because of Covid 19. I wanted to update my original review because I am so happy that TCA is continuing to provide their cleaning services. My regular cleaners, Cristy and Aracely, are wonderful, and I'm happy that they are able to continue working. They always do a wonderful job and are always cheerful, conscientious, and thorough. I know we'll get through this rough time, and thanks to then, I can do it with a clean house!

Again, quite awhile has passed since my last review, and I can only repeat my previous enthusiastic recommendation. Cristy and her partners are the best, and I so appreciate knowing I can count on them.

As always, Cristy and her partner Rithza did an excellent j!ob of cleaning my house. They are very efficient and thorough and lovely people as well.

Our house was cleaned again this week by The Cleaning Authority. Ana and Josefina did a great job cleaning our house. They were quit to react to areas that we needed cleaned. They are always friendly and respectful of our home. Thank you.

Did a good job cleaning the house. Cleaners were on time, polite, and easy to work with. Office folks were polite and easy to work with. I like that they have a set list and system of what they clean. It was a good experience working with them.

Maricela and Nancy were amazing! Attention to detail, cleaning top to bottom, and no fingerprints and smudges left on my stainless steel kitchen appliances! That's a huge win! Exceptional service and outcome!

Brenda and Johana did a great job on my house today - and I love that I can have a clean house without artificial scents or chemicals. Thank you to Brenda and Johana for making life a little better (and a little easier!)

Suzy & Mattie did a wonderful job. I am addicted to this service. They come in while I am at work. I trust them in my home, with my pets. Deep cleaning on a rotating basis is the best. Regular, biweekly cleaning, keeps our house looking beautiful all the time.
