Fantastic job. Started work quickly, finished same day, and great communication throughout the project. Not only did they take care of the attic, they recommended a general contractor to me who did a great job replacing the siding and soffits on my house. Hopefully don't need insulation work done again, but if I do I will definitely go back and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs insulation install (or removed and installed as I needed).

Upgraded from R38 to R49 with blown fiberglasblown insulation. Extremely happy with the results. Most importantly, communication throughout the process was excellent. I’d definitely reach out to them again for any future attic insulation needs!

I’m a general contractor and I really appreciate the prompt quote and strong communication from Jimothy at Attic Insulation DFW. They were also quite flexible when we had to reschedule 2 times while waiting for the City of Dallas plumbing inspector. Their crew reviewed the entire scope with me when they arrived, was detail oriented in their prep and installation, and really cleaned up after themselves well. I will use Attic Insulation DFW again.

The product and service is incredible! My husband and I have been working on a school bus conversion and Jimothy didn't hesitate to accept a rather unique request at a very reasonable price. Not only were they easy to work with, they also left the job site extremely clean and tidy. Great work!!

Cristian and Kenneth were professional, communicated well about their timing, showed up on time, and truly seemed glad to be here doing a job I was not willing to do myself!! They were very helpful connecting some exhaust fan vents to the roof vents and worked quickly blowing in the insulation. They also cleaned up the minimal mess they made. Good job guys.

Jimothy is a very nice, clearly honest, and knowledgable guy when it comes to insulation and ventilation. He came out to get a good look and take measurements of our existing insulation and didn’t charge. His team is easy to work with and they get a good job done very quickly! Highly recommend!!

From the initial call and return phone conversation I had a good feel for what really is or can be confusing with all the insulation options. Good info and explained a lot in that call, seemed very down to earth and practical before coming out. Saved a bunch of time talking it over and deciding. If that is all you need to know about a helpful initial call, then that is great!

But here is where I want to give a lot of kudos ..to the crew and the actual work. I included a before, the clean out and after pic of the top part of the attic. Part of it is we have a mid 1960's home that has a odd shaped attic space with several different entry points and levels..a few are really quite difficult to access. Absolutely no complaints as they worked in those very small entry and crawl space.

Jimothy, Cristian, Zach and Kenneth was our crew. Zach at one point said we got the A-team. He might have been joking but I agree with that. They worked long and hard. Some unexpected delays happened but they all worked late into the day and eve to complete.

Cristian I want to especially thank! He went above and beyond, went out of his way to answer questions no matter how small...before, during and even days after! Not at all bothered to respond, consistently courteous. Walk through before and after and any special requests--which I had a few-he really did want to make it right. Great guy with a fine attitude. All the crew were that way! All things might not have gone as expected or planned but we got a very much needed attic clean out and new insulation! Done well and with professional effort! Excellent company I used for spray foam on my walls and blown in insulation in the attic. As the owner of a golf construction company I routinely deal with sub contractors on a daily basis. From my first call to shaking hands with the employees who completed the working they were extremely professional & polite. The work was done better than expected and they cleaned up when finished. Highly recommend!

Was starting to build my shop. Getting all things in place. Was great to talk to text. Whatever was easiest way to communicate. Gave a great price. Got them scheduled did a fantastic job. Cleaned up when they were done. Covered all my plug electrical boxes the doors windows. Amazing to work with stood behind the price they gave me. I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Energy Attic. From my first meeting with Andrew, to Kendra at the customer service desk, the install techs, the follow up techs, Chris, and Ethan, everything went smoothly and I'm cool as a cucumber! I'm retired and on an extremely limited income. Chris was able to direct me to a reliable finance company and put my mind at ease that I was able to entirely replace my 27 yr old unit that was using so many amps it was melting my breakers. Great job installing the radiant barriers in both attics, new R-30 insulation, and removing old soiled insulation. Prompt on time service and in addressing concerns.

We Scheduled an appointment to have our HVAC units serviced. They were almost 2 weeks out on scheduling (which is fine). The day before the appointment, I get a call there’s an “emergency” and they need to reschedule for another day. Rescheduled for today, and all of a sudden there’s another “emergency “ that actually just happened this morning. I said “that’s the same thing you told me last time”. Now, here we are having been waiting for all these weeks in a company who we’ve already paid and who’s clearly lying to us. So much for being faith based and operating with integrity. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you just want to wait for your unit to not function in 90+ degree weather.

February 2022: Energy Attic repaired problems we experienced with our aging A/C system. They are patient to answer questions and willing to provide multiple solutions to consider. We never felt pressure to pay for anything we didn’t need. From the first person that answers the phone, to the person who does the work, their team is top notch.

Update May 2022: with the rising temperatures, we realized our old air conditioner was just not going to make it through another year. It was time to bite the bullet and ask the team at Energy Attic to come replace the whole system last week, and we’re so glad we took the expert advice to invest in the two-stage 16 SEER unit. We’ve lived in this house for over 17 years and the air has never felt better. The immediate difference in steady air temperature and lower humidity is unbelievable! I can’t imagine how much better it’ll be when we do the radiant barrier and new attic insulation in the months ahead. Thank you!

Energy Attic did an amazing job transforming our attic. They removed the chicken wire and old insulation from the HVAC and sprayed with closed cell foam, eliminating all leaks. They removed all insulation from a home that is 76 years old and had at least 4 different types on insulation and blew in new fiberglass insulation. This is the second home we have used Energy Attic to replace insulation in the attic and will use them again if we ever own another home. Randy especially was amazing to work with on both our projects – he is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and truly cares about his clients and doing an amazing job. From the first interaction with Kristin to schedule a free inspection of my attic with Brent Hare to then scheduling the work to both blow in 8 inches of fiberglass insulation and install a radiant barrier with Summer, every step was a breeze. Brent was punctual and explained what he identified as the most beneficial things we could do to reduce our utility bills while also improving the air quality in our house. When I needed a little flexibility with scheduling the work to be performed, Summer was so pleasant and helpful. The crew showed up right on time and got to work immediately. They were diligent and efficient. They took before and after pictures and the comparison was amazing. The quality of their work is evident! I would not hesitate to use Energy Attic again, and I give them my highest recommendation!
