Bruse Miller’s nursery is the very best I’ve come across in this area for healthy plants. Their quality of the plants and flowers I find very robust and healthy! I found the flowers to be very Harty and most of the blooms are not in the floor board of your car by the time you get them home like they can be from the big box stores. I’ve found that Miller’s nursery is not like the some stores that just happen to sell flowers and plants and, flowers along side the power tools and washing machines. Bruse miller’s nursery care for the flowers and make sure they are in an area in which they can thrive until d some one come through and can adopt a plant or flower. But when they leave your educated on just the right area needed, to help the plant continue to thrive. You can buy some flowers to plant, from big box stores. However, if you want to plant and grow some flowers, herbs and, shrubs or trees , take a trip to Bruse’s nursery, on Belt Line in Richardson. If you don’t have a green thumb when you come in, it will start to turn a shade of green when you leave. Plus!!🤩🤩They answer the phone! With a live person! 😱 The fact that they will answer their phone, thats worth 4 stars alone! but answer with a live person who knows plants and is polite on the phone! That’s worth all the 5 stars and I give it 5 more!👍🏽👏🏽👊🏽

One of the best nurseries in North Dallas. Great selection and knowledgeable staff. They carry old school plants you can't get at Walmart or Home Depot

All of their perennials were absolutely fried to a crisp. Super disappointing to drive all the way here just to see a bunch of dead plants. They obviously don’t take care of them.

My wife and I like this really large nursery very much. They have good selling and return policies unlike their competition Plants and Planters who were rude and would not accept the fact they sold us a defective plant.

I used to love shopping here. Lately the place always seems to have a lazy, uninformed girl behind the counter who seems like she would rather be anywhere else than there. The last time I went (which will be my LAST time! ) there was some guy sitting inside who snapped at me for asking the lazy girl if she was sure they didn't have the plant I was looking for. Hey, jerk.....shouldn't you be outside watering or something like the other employees that were actually busy tending to the place?? Anyway, too much competition out there to be treated like this. Over the years I have spent a FORTUNE at Bruce Miller. Other nurseries will be glad to take my money. I'm sure of it!! ;)

No prices on most plants so you are surprised at the register and no one to ask. Lastly the glass doors to checkout are not good for getting big heavy metal carts into when really they should be waiting to come out and tally our order or open the door for customers!

I've never been disappointed with Bruce Miller Nursery. I called all over the Dallas area to multiple nurseries for peach Drift Roses - they had eight (8), I asked them to hold them for me and they did. Once planted, I have had the most glorious yard in the area - the roses are the best - but Bruce Miller Nursery is better!

Went to this place and was horrified to be met by a man called “Sid” who was dressed as something he clearly isn’t (a cowboy). This company should bring in a policy that doesn’t allow people to use work as a place to live out their sick fantasies of being cowboys when they work in a garden center. You are professionals, act like it.

Best selection and prices. Knowledgeable. Usually a wait to ring up or get service.

Needed a tree and Steve at Bruce Miller walked me through a number of options that allowed me to make an informed decision. Then he followed up by scheduling the delivery, installation and even the removal of my dead tree! Thanks Bruce Miller for having a quality employee like Steve. I know it's expensive to do so but MUCH appreciated!!

I had been searching for a double blue Althea for years. I finally found one here, last year, and it survived icemaggedon!

This is the place to go weather it is for your vegetable/herb garden or you need shrubs and trees for a corporate campus and everything in between. Great quality and prices!

I came here because I needed some help picking out shade plants for around my foundation. The girl in the shop would only tell me where the shade house was. I had to keep asking questions for her to engage. When I asked if hostas would work she said yes, in the perennial house. I asked what other perennials work in shade and she told me to read the tags! Literally couldn't care less that I needed guidance. Oh well, I will spend my money ey elsewhere.

All 3 plants that I purchased have fungus which infected a nearby plant😵. I've isolated them and tried treating them but they are getting progressively worse.

This place has a beautiful selection of flowers and trees. We recently got into gardening and we stocked up on plants from here. You are not bothered by anyone while looking at the plants, but if you have any questions, someone is always available to answer.

No customer service. Went to purchase some pumpkins but left disappointed. No one greeted us despite seeing us looking interested in a few items. No one offered any help or even a friendly smile.

I would give this place no stars but I have to give one. I purchased a smoke tree there in may. It quickly within a week looking really bad. So I cut a piece of the branch to take and have them tell me what was wrong. They told me this particular tree doesn't like alot of rain. That's odd. He said to give it a little bit of time and poke holes around the dirt to let roots get air, did that all that did was make it worse. I called and told them what was going on still. He said give it a little longer to get better. Well, the tree looked hideous so I just wanted to return. He said if I wasn't satisfied to bring back with receipt and they would honor it and return my money. Well, this morning I took it back with receipt and tree, well they wouldn't honor it, they only have 30 day return. Even though that's not what 3 different people told me. I believe they wanted me to go over my return limit. I'm furious over this. That was a $80.00 tree, WASTED!!!! They lie and clearly don't know what other employees are telling customers. Awful customer service. Will not go back. I even stopped going to calloways because they were too expensive and switch to Bruce Miller but no more. That did it for me.

We made our first trip to Bruce Miller’s nursery this past weekend! Great service, selection and reasonably priced. Salesman’s we’re knowledgeable, informative and patiently answering our questions. This my new to go to for all our planting needs!

My favorite nursery. Best prices on bedding plants and especially vegetables. Healthy well maintained plants with suitable varieties for the area. Too busy to talk much, but always have folks to load your heavy items. Always sell out of beautiful geraniums!

Great staff that went above and beyond! I shook hands with 2 women and of course forgot their names, Lisa and Brianna I believe, but regardless they were over the top with their assistance, very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. And the plants/flowers/trees selection is pristine. Highly recommend!
