My husband and I have been shopping here for many year and have spent $$$$ thousands of dollars with them . But now they are changing.. Extremely poor Customer Service with management and the shrubs and plants do not look as healthy or good quality,, The selection is poor And prices have triple!!!

We do not recommend and We will not go back to this location… Ever.

I normally shop Miller's competition, but after going to Bruce Miller this past week I won't be going anywhere else. The bushes and decorative plants, are twice the size of the competition's, and also cost less. Also, another thing that impressed me was how you could give them a rough description of what you need, or are looking for, and they will lead you right to it. BRAVO!

Love Bruce Miller Nursery. I recently came shopping around 5:55 pm just before they were closing. Lane assisted me well after closing while everyone else had left. She even helped me load my items in my car. It’s people like her that keep me coming back for 20 plus years.

If you need plants, trees, anything at all that involves plants 100% best place to be is Bruce Miller! First, epic selection! Amazing service! Best prices! They also offer tree planting services, they will order trees that you need, any color, size etc. They have the 1-year warranty that they actual will backup (unlike some other guys)! Customer service is always fantastic, everyone is so happy and

They have items that actually will grow in Dallas area successfully :) not just sell you on a lime tree that won't survive....Every item actually will thrive in our climate. Selection of fertilizers and tools is also good, they have high-end items!

This place is great! The staff is super friendly but not over bearing when you are trying to decide what plants you want to get. If you have any questions at all they are more than willing to help. They also have a list of what you should put on your lawn for the different seasons. Which is a huge help to know what you need to do.

Staffs are knowledgeable so we come here to get help and buy recommended cure for our plants. Customer service asked my wife to bring the rose plant that dried up for evaluation. After I brought it, I was told to keep watering it to revive it. And if it does within 30 days to bring a receipt.

Great selection of seasonal plants and good prices. Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and friendly. It's also a nice resource if you have a problem with some tree or plant at home and bring in a picture or sampling. They'll give advice on what to do to help even when you're not going there to buy anything. I highly recommend them!!! 🌟

They've got a broad selection of plants at good prices. They also offer a number of other great products from tools to fertilizer and the like. I've been there twice now and have gotten great advice for the garden and landscaping, including a shaded root choked spot in front of the house. The kids had a ball in the little pumpkin patch too.

Excellent nursery! It has a great selection of plants (fruit trees, evergreens, seasonal, veggies) all the time. Great prices. I love another nursery because of location and facilities, but Bruce Miller has great prices! Definitely a must if you are buying a bunch.

Can't recommend this plant nursery enough. Steve was a huge help in helping us pick out plants. He was so patient with all my phone calls changing pick-up dates. The prices were great (lower than Rubrals) and the overall experience was fantastic.

Love this nursery! Customer service is great. The workers were knowledgeable and nice.
I love that they have a variety of everything and the pricing isn't too bad! Especially when you compare size of the gallon compared to places like home depot, lowes, or even other nurseries like calloways.
I bought 2 large trees for the front of my house and I also got delivery with them helping me plant it on my property. Again, they did an amazing job and we're fast and efficient.
Definitely coming back for more plants in the future.

Beautiful location, but the service is poor. People skills are in need of some adjusting. Plants, on the other hand, are always well taken care of and priced much more than the box stores. Be mindful of the owner who is not really a people person unless you're spending money in his business.

The prices beat Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walmart all day. Staff knows anything you could ask about vegetables or plants! On top of all that you’re supporting a small business, with quality crops and dirts!! Shop small, grown local, support your community!!!

There's a large selection of herbs, shrubs, succulents, flowers and unique plants. They also have indoor plants, fertilizer, soil and gardening tools. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got what I was going looking for, fertilizer and lavender!🌱😃

Nice local place, independent operation. Got two big pots and dirt. The agent identified my plant as a Chinese tallow. The squirrel planted the nut in my small planter. Beautiful change of leaves squirrel planted an oak tree which I'll plant in a big pot also. At Bruce Miller, lots of plants, shrubs and trees. They'll come to your house to deliver and plant if you want..

My first time here today. My impression is that this isn’t a big chain and it’s a mom and pop store. The plants 🪴 seemed like they are really well taken care of compared to the ones I have seen at Walmart and Home Depot.

This nursery has the best soil around! My mom even drives from Little Elm to pick up supplies here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been a customer for 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!!
