A relative of mine recommended Tommy after I had a bad experience with another HVAC guy. The last guy messed something up in my AC unit and then gave me a $600 quote to fix it. As soon as I called Tommy, he was helping me to navigate the insurance company and figure out what the last HVAC guy did. Then he came over and fixed the unit himself. (Turns out it was just a clogged drain, definitely not worth $600) Tommy has definitely earned my trust. He is knowledgeable, has integrity, and cares about being transparent and fighting for his customers. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he will be my new go to!

Even though we ended up no going with Tommy and his crew, we had a great experience talking through all the options on a house we purchased. He was very detailed, respectful, and everything else you’d want in a contractor.

I was using a different company who did not know what they were doing / couldn’t fix my issue, and finally suggested I replace my entire system which was only a couple years old. We found Tommy through a family friend and they immediately fixed the issues that the other company “couldn’t”. Everyone else tries to force us to purchase a new unit. Tommy and Daniel go above and beyond to meet your needs and the prices are extremely reasonable. I really appreciate that both gentlemen explain the repair process to you, the reason for each repair, and the part names. Plus they are not condescending when a woman wants to see the process. This really helped over the last week when my heater died and we were able to replace a part our own when it was too treacherous to have anyone come out to our home.

PLEASE READ: Here’s a true story that you will love. I flew into Dallas before the winter storm and record cold arrived to help with a friend’s house. He’s a veteran who is very ill. The heating went out and he barely stayed warm with a space heater. I called around to at least 5 HVAC companies and left messages. All highly rated and none of them returned my calls.
