George, A/C Technician is great! So, very detailed on the HVAC system maintenance. I chose the maintenance agreement. You can’t go wrong with yearly maintenance. And, the owner Daniel is very knowledegable and respectful. You cannot go wrong with making Spire Heating and Air your first choice for any HVAC issues.

Daniel was very honest and took a lot of time to explain everything. He gave us different options that were MUCH more cost effective than any other company we had out. Highly recommend!

Spire was quick to show up and provided a lot of knowledge on our aging AC system, and a valued second opinion. We ended up having to use the contractor our home warranty company mandated, but Spire's knowledge helped us negotiate. Thank you Daniel

I have used Spire for my primary residence as well as a rental property I own and they have been great. They are very flexible with scheduling the time and Daniel is very up front and honest with his prices. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is having HVAC issues or needs a new unit.

Absolutely Wonderful! 5 stars is not enough for this company. Daniel and Josh both took the time to explain what needed to be done and what caused the issue in the first place. When Josh came out and saw that we had no heat in the coldest part of the season, he went and got an emergency heat pump and put it in until the part came in so that we would have heat. They are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I'm so happy that I found them and will continue to use them in the future.

Fantastic experience. George came on the weekend with a fantastic attitude and fixed us right up. He explained what had happened and what to look for in the future, so I (A/C lay person) could understand. 10/10 highly recommend.

George did the bi-annual maintenance for me today and was very thorough and detailed. He wrote up some recommendations for future add-ons that would help both allergies and lifespan of the units. Explained it all in good detail and delivered terrific customer service!

I was needing someone to come repair my AC. I posted on a bulletin board for my condominium looking for recommendations. I received 5-6 responses recommending Spire Heating and Air. They were fantastic. George came out and repaired my AC in under an hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be recommending and using Spire heating and air for a good while now.

I highly recommend Spire heating and air conditioning for any HVAC needs! He recently serviced my home when I noticed some areas weren’t cooling as well as others, and he quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. He was on time, friendly, and very communicative throughout the whole process. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Very reliable and professional — and he even offers financing options if approved, which is a huge plus. Great experience all around!

Spire heating and air conditioning is a company you can trust. George the service Technician was amazing. He explained everything to me even taking pictures of his work and the problem. This company is upfront and also affordable. I know a lot about AC systems so I kinda knew what the problem could be and at end of George’s diagnostic he was upfront what he found and it was what I expected. So no mark up or gouging or lies about you need to replace this or system is too old. This is very reliable and trustworthy service. I trust them so much I got their maintenance package. Daniel amazed me with his technical knowledge, and he took the time to explain why and how things work, showing that he actually cares about his customers instead of just trying to make a sale. Would not hesitate to recommend him and his team!

George was great. He came out over the weekend when the unit stopped cooling and had the new motor ready on Monday. He was focused and got the work done quickly. We will be using him again!

We called & they had a tech at our house in 20 minutes. I’m a detail guy so the tech(George) was willing to let me follow him around & learn. George was great! He was professional, he explained everything & had us up & running in an hour. Highly recommend these guys & we’re now on their biannual service schedule.

George did a phenomenal job of getting my AC back up and running quickly. His customer service skills are outstanding, which I find to be rare these days. He also went out of his way to share his knowledge on how I can properly maintain my AC system to prevent future issues.

George was able to figure out. It was a bad capacitor. He showed up on time, was professionally dressed, and was super helpful. I signed up for their yearly plan so that I can have two visits per year. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience using Spire. Our ac stopped working and Daniel got someone out quickly. He also helpfully advised me to turn the unit off to avoid further damage. The technician George got my unit fixed fast and was very informative with suggestions on maintaining it. The cost was less than I expected and I felt like they were honest and trustworthy. Awesome company!!! Daniel is great and remembered us from the previous year. George was our AC tech this year and he gave us superior service.
