Cutting people off in their company truck almost caused an accident….

BAD REBUILD...Never Send u drill to b fixed...i sent my drill in to b fixed april 28th..it took 12 weeks of calling back to find out where my drill was..they kept giving a different reason..first waiting on part..2nd owner on vacation..3rd part has not been recieved from china..4th sold me another drill hand piece that had been discontinued at full price...5th sent me my old drill back ..did not fix cord witch was part i was waiting on...and said motor was bad...although drill was working with a slight short in cord..it came back in pieces and not working at all...when i called them they explained they could sell me a new one 20% off...i said i bought one from u and now ur telling me u can not fix either of them..what good is a warrenty if u cant fix it.. $600 lost...i have used this company for 20 yrs loyalty means nothing to them dont waste ur time or money on foreign company's that dont back up their products..expensive lesson learned..

This place had absolutely horrible customer service. Walked into the place of business to get information on making purchases, a guy that looked like he was steroid out met me at the door, And told me that you just don’t walk into a place of business like that…? Then proceeded to try to start a fight with me! Did not even get a chance to check out their products

Absolutely love ram. They care so much about their customers and their employees. If you get a chance to work with Chris or Davis you won't be disappointed.

He was also priced fairly. They were knowledgeable and efficient . They arrived on time, really appreciate service!

I have to give this company a 5 stars for stood me up twice.
I had an appointment 4-8PM on Thursday I call them 2-3 times to confirm. No one shows up nor care to call. I rescheduled the next day. Again, no show, no call.
Do not do business with this company.

Wonderful what a professional service. I had a power outage at my restaurant and Dalton Electrical Contracting came to the rescue. The tech was fast and knowledgeable. I hired him for the additional work and already recommended him to my friends.

We were very pleased with the electrician's excellent workmanship in completing the job on time and at the specified price. We were even more impressed when, a few days later, we called him when we were having further electrical issues. He volunteered to come over right away and solve the issues, and he didn't charge us for the extra service call. I strongly suggest it. The electrician arrived to our house and completed the installation of the new basement electrical panel. He is meticulous in assessing the work that has to be done and quite professional in his approach. They worked quickly and efficiently. I'm grateful for the service and would suggest them to anyone!

They say that they open at 8 am on the door nobody is here and it is 11 am.I left voicemail on 4 different extension and no one called me back.

I had a great experience with Dalton Electrical Contracting. The electrician was outstanding. He was patient, informative, and knowledgeable. He provided me with an estimate the day of my consultation, and the company was able to schedule the work within my needed time frame. He was very helpful and professional throughout the process. He called me to let me know his arrival time. He installed multiple outlets outside of my house, including two with their own on and off switches. I am pleased with the work and highly recommend this efficient and reliable company.
