Called on a holiday, they answered the phone and scheduled me quickly at a convenient time. They had to order a part but when it came in they finished the job on the weekend. I was happy to get my washer working again as soon as possible. Communication was good and I am very happy with the services provided.

We had a very good experience with them. They first came out on a holiday(Labor Day) was able to look at our washer and tell us what was wrong. They needed to order the part, but it came in, in less than a week. Today is Sunday, so day 6, called us, told us they had the part and asked if they were able to come out today and replace it. Needless to say our washer is now fixed and we were saved from having to buy a whole new one.

Fadail was very prompt (same day) in coming to investigate the problem of the freezer on our refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and fixed several problems—unclogged cooling line, checked ice maker, and added Freon. Reasonable cost also with a 90-day warranty.

Called seeking their services, and was not able to hear the person on the other end clearly (connection issue or headset issue on their side it seemed). Hung up and called another company. They called back 4 times back to back as I was setting up an appointment at the next place I called on the fourth call (still the same audio issue) I asked to not be called again as I didn’t need them at this time. They have continued to call me repeatedly over the last two hours. Apologies to the girl that called me last that I nearly yelled at, I’m sure she was just doing what was being forced by management, but calling back to back after I’ve already asked you not to call near two hours ago is ridiculous.

technician was very professional and very fast! my dryer repair window was between 11-1, he called at 11:20, arrived at 11:40, and my dryer was fixed by 12:05! i seriously was shocked at how fast and easy it was, months of stress are gone!
