I tried to use this company but they no showed . They knew they would not come but did not inform me until I called after waiting 2 1/2 hours . Then they said some one would call me within a week to schedule an appointment . There is no caring about the customer .

They make you pay up front just to show up.
Then I waited all day and nobody showed.
Never was notified about anything.

They did an awesome job from the start. I explained the problem and was told how it would be handled. Charles was puntual , checked out what needed to be done, and gave a written estimate of the different options. He then went to work and did an excellent job. He answered any questions we had and fully explained what he was doing. Couldn’t ask for a better person to do the work and represent Leaf Electrical Co. A good experience all the way around.
