Happy I found my new lawn providers. I’m new to the area and had a couple trial and error companies and then I came across full scale landscaping. They are a professional and reputable company. They come the same day every week and the owner told me I will see changes in my lawn within a couple visits with them and I definitely see the difference.

We have had Full Scale maintain our property for a few years now and they always do a great job. They are also very courteous and respectful. I recommend you give them a call if you are in need of landscaping or lawn service.

Louis is very professional and let’s us know when he is going to have to reschedule us due to the weather. Rather than going and mowing a wet lawn and leaving marks in the lawn just to get paid, he is ethical enough to tell you it would be best to mow when it is dry. If there is ever an issue (which isn’t often), he takes care to resolve it.

These guys are fantastic! They're reliable, unlike my previous service providers, they bill clearly, promptly and accurately, they speak ENGLISH unlike my other providers and all of the guys are more than willing to do whatever it takes to keep my yard tidy. I can always reach them!! This is by far the best group of guys I've ever had take care of my yard. - Note... not just my lawn! They do it all!!

Not dependable, does sloppy work. After hiring them to do a spring cleanup, I found their work to be very sloppy and expensive. Things like spreading gravel in the wrong places and too deep, cutting my landscaping wire (and not even having splicers to fix it, literally not knowing how to splice the wire once he bought a splice at HD) etc. However, I paid them anyway and thought they'd make a good weekly lawn service. Nope, by the second week they did not show up, had to be contacted to explain why, and even then couldn't say when they'd be able to mow the lawn. Literally every lawn on our street was mowed on the normal days. This was the only company claiming that an afternoon rain put them 3 days behind, and only after I called them. Word is that they do this often.

I would not recommend them to anyone. If you want a reliable service, look elsewhere.

And of course, their reply is full of lies. None of that is what happened at all.

But here’s what did happen: after letting them know I was dropping their service, their crew drove by and splashed the mud and debris from my gutter onto my sidewalk and driveway. I have video to prove it.

These are vindictive, untrustworthy people. Don’t bother trying to do business with them.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I certainly would. I noticed a couple bad reviews on here that most likely didn't fit the bill. I'm in business myself and Lewis does an exceptional job in ensuring his customers are pleased and happy with his work. He is very thorough and passionate about his work. If you can't afford an extra $5 when the man is having to do extra work, then maybe it would be a good idea that you cut it yourself. Just saying. Also, for the person that decided to give them a bad review, before notifying them of the issue, shame on you! No. I don't work for Lewis and we are not best friends. BUT I know how tough it is to work out in this heat and the man does a great job and actually cares about his customers. Lewis keep up the good work brother! Continue working with integrity and putting your customer first and the Lord will bless you for it!

I’m sorry to say I’m very dissatisfied with the work performed on my back yard flower beds. Five years ago I had the stones around the beds removed and redone. The base was a crushed rock, I believe granite.
Over time the stones shifted due to environment factors not workman ship.
I had this company perform the same type of work less than 9 months ago. I was told lime stone would be the base.
Last few months I noticed large white rocks along the sides of the stones. It gradually has become worse. Some of the bed stones are tilted. Curious, I lifted a few up and there is zero base!! The white rocks are slipping out beneath the stones. Some base stones are appropriate but I’m seeing inch-inch stones to large for my yard project.
I did not call the company to inform because I have lost trust in workman ship. Remember, previously the same project lasted 5yrs.!! I did contact the owner of the company to air my complaints. More of my hard earned money will be needed to fix a job not performed correctly. From my experience, I do not recommend. Hopefully they will use my criticism to improve.

Louis and his team did an incredible job with our yard. They were timely, professional, affordable, and thorough with our acre of land. I highly recommend this company for any lawn maintenance task!

Louis jumped in when our current gardener kept flaking out. He continued to take great care of our yard while it was for sale. He sets a date and keeps to the schedule. Also lets you know if they aren't coming due to weather and when they will be there to make up. I love that he sends the bill via email and you can pay then or setup auto pay.

We had a great experience with Full Scale Landscaping and highly recommend their services! They redid the mulch, mowed and edged, and trimmed our hedges at our home. They also did extensive stump grinding work at our business property. Each time they were prompt and did a thorough job. We won’t hesitate to hire them again!
