They are responsible for our neighborhood and the quality is poor, often not siding stuff required by contract. There has been a sign in the grass now for four weeks knocked over, small white one. Every week they just mow over it. They are supposed to take care of the weeds, and don’t. Flower beds overgrown by weeds, other green areas too. Huge ant hills all over the neighborhood. List goes on and on. They don’t act as advertised

Definitely a top tier player in the landscape, hardscape and irrigation fields. They provide excellent and detailed workmanship at a fair price. The team is very professional and customer service driven with a very hands on approach. They also offer architectural and design services that are second to none. They did such a great job landscaping my yard that my neighbors want to know who I used and what type of zoysia grass I have. They also provide expert irrigation design and installation and provided options for a solar generator when power is not available.

We definitely recommend Chance’s company, Contour Landscapes, for professional garden design, landscaping, and yard drainage work for the home. He was able to collaborate with us, the homeowners, to design and install our personal vision for our yard/garden. The project manager, Matt, was present every day to ensure consistency of the work being done with the original plan and to make adjustments as needed. Finally, the workers, themselves, Manuel and his crew of skilled landscapers, did an excellent job with the careful drainage installation, beautiful stonework, thoughtful planting/sodding/muching, and most of all, daily clean-up of the work area and even the street in front of our house. Over-all, this is a truly high-quality team of people and well worth the investment for the improvement and beautification of the external features of our home.

Chance and his crew did a remarkable job with our elementary school recreation yard. We asked for a simple plan we could build on and he did that plus offered imaginative ideas for use of space.
