I highly recommend Ramirez Tree Service as I had a great experience with this company. Not only were they very faired price, but their service was also excellent. They came on time, as promised, and cut back my trees which were overgrown to the point that I could no longer see my home from the street. It was a lot of work, but they were very efficient and cleaned up the trees as well as the aftermath very well. I'll be using their services again in the future, and recommending them to any friends and neighbors!

Ramirez Tree Service showed up on time and proceeded to effectively removed a very large downed tree and another very tall tree during some very inclement weather. Great teamwork and most important to me, they communicated well.

Neighbors got concerned with some of our branches being close to their garage and over their cars. Fair enough. Called Ramirez Tree Service for a trim and they did a mostly fine job - but the one branch about which the neighbors complained remained. No problem, reached out to them by text (how we'd communicated before). Ignored multiple times, over a couple of days. I finally called on day 3 or 4 and left a voice mail explaining the situation, and they finally replied by text that they'd come the next day. No show in the morning. Alright, well I'm understanding. Texted them a few times before getting a reply mid-day that they'd be here after their current job. No show by evening. With plenty of tree services around I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Edit: scope was ~$400 to trim the three front trees, so "the branch" was absolutely part of the scope. It was also mentioned in the original contact. Regardless, they ghosted us for multiple days trying to reach them, and no-showed twice after finally responding.
