Very satisfied with the cleaning and the service. This was the detail clean just prior to the reoccurring biweekly service. There was some missed opportunities but we are certain the service will improve over time. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer the service to our friends and family

I don't think the kitchen was touched at all. I just finished cleaning the sinks and the crumbs left on the countertops. The dining table had nothing done to it=there were spots left on it. The rocking chair arms weren't dusted. Usual crappy job dusting. I only keep you all on because it's too hard to get anyone else to come at the time i want and I've had you all a long time; certainly long enough to know to do a better job. I'm sure you have trouble getting employees, but that's no excuse for doing a poor job by the SAME 07 team I've had for at least a year. Just talk to them. I'm not changing, yet. Team 3 were excellent. They came in with a smile, worked very hard and left my house looking and smelling wonderful. My husband even told them thank you as they left. Would like Maria and Yamileth as my permanent team.

This company is a definite NO for us. The first cleaning, they didn't clean the master bedroom, dust still on dresser and mirrors. Puddles of water on hardwood and tile flooring. I called the Cleaning Authority in Fort Bend and they apologized and assured me that the next cleaning they would "pay extra attention" to the master bedroom(not really sure what that meant) and also have a manager do a walk through after the cleaning today. We get home today after the completion of the cleaning, and the cleaners completely missed a whole bedroom. I spoke with Stella from Cleaning Authority and voiced my dissatisfaction with the company thus far. We just hired them and they failed to deliver on 2 cleanings and that's with a "walk-through" from a manager. She agreed to credit me a whole $15 for the rooms that were missed this time and last time. Stating that how they usually handle a situation like this is they send the cleaning crew back that day or next day. That's terrible customer service!! I would think this is not acceptable on all fronts and the company would do more to assure complete customer satisfaction without having to send cleaning crews back to do a job they should have done in the first time. Needless to say, we don't recommend this company.

Original quote for the first cleaning was less than $200 when I got the bill they charge me $316 and as you could see in the pictures they actually didn’t even put trashcan containers with a trash bag so they kind of wasted my time they didn’t keep their word I called and left two messages to have management called me back. They never did. They will basically give you a bunch of pamphlets And then won’t even honor the original package that they quote you

A team at Cleaning Authority - Fort Bend has been coming to our home to clean it for over a year now and we are extremely pleased with the services. Our regular team composed of Jaimie Alessandra and Carla are wonderful! In their absence, the replacement staff has always been great as well - Karla, Sara and Nataly. We highly recommend!

I've used this service for a number of years, and have always had a good experience. I have to give a shout out to the team that visited me this week - Team 17 Karla & Yeimi. I hope they are assigned to my home permanently! They both did a fantastic job and their attention to detail was fantastic!

Team one is the best. Never disappointed. My home is spotless and I am spoiled. Yea!

We have really enjoyed having our home cleaned by The Cleaning Authority Team #5. They are very kind, efficient, and thorough.

The ladies on team eight are amazing! They are always friendly and smiling, and they absolutely adore my dog, which gives them major points with me. The time they spend cleaning is always efficient and done very well. I would not like to have any other group clean the house as they are friends to me and exceptional. Love them.
