Had a main waterline leak problem. Rush fixed the leak, but I had to call them back to clean up the trash they left behind including the tree they cut down to fix the leak. Also, damaged one of the planks on my fence and the gutter when they cut down the tree.

Called during the weekend because we had a flood & leak from the freeze. The guy who answered stated a plumber would call me when available…NEVER received a call back. It’s Tuesday and still waiting. I didn’t even have to call to cancel because I’m sure he never even took the message. Either way, called another plumbing company out to help and they were here within the hour the very day it happened. Thanks for nothing.

Had to have water heater replaced as it leaked and stopped working. Logan came out and fixed everything! He was friendly, communicated clearly and took the time to walk me thru what was going on. Replaced the water heater in a timely manner with no lack of quality and left no mess! Thanks Logan for making this pain so much easier.

Brush plumbing and rooter we're so awesome especially mark who was our Tech, he was SOOO AMAZING HE WAS HERE FOR OVER 5 HOURS MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS LEGITIMATELY FIXED HE EVEN LEFT HERE AND WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO GET STUFF PRODUCT THAT WOULD TAKE CARE OF OUR HOUSE I WILL ADD A COUPLE PHOTOS and all of this was on a Sunday

I was totally impressed with this company. If I could give Rush Plumbing 10 stars I would. Jamie Waters is who came out to do a leak test. He explained everything step by step on what to expect. He was very knowledgeable in his trade. Plus he was the most courteous-professional guy that I have ever meet. As a business owner myself I know your employees make your company thrive.
