The technician called ~10 minutes before he arrived at the house (earlier than expected based on my text messages with their front desk). I told him I was on my way to the house but was gone before I got there. When I called him, he said he would come back after the next appointment. He never called nor answered when I called him. The front desk did not answer either. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

So impressed with Griggs Electric. I contacted them on a Friday after 5:00 for a non-urgent issue and they had me all repaired by Monday morning at 8:30. Very knowledgeable crew and their reservation and payment system was efficient.

Excellent and quick. I had an issue with electricity to the dishwasher, others never even looked at the plug. Griggs came in and checked and cleaned up the prior mess while fixing the core issue. Miles better than others I have used. Will absolutely call for any future needs.
