Excellent customer service. They went the extra mile on my very old oven from the 50s and got me working! I cannot believe it!

My serviceman, Matthew, has fixed other appliances for me, and every time, I have been very pleased. He is not only very knowledgeable; but also, very polite, respectful and helpful. It is always a pleasure and great experience when I deal with Matthew and any other employees at Ace Appliances! Stephen and his crew are the best and the only ones I call when I have a problem.

Called for a broken ice dispenser. I was able to get a same-day appointment. Figured out what was wrong and had it replaced within a few days after the part arrived. Professional, prompt, efficient and cost-effective. Saving all of the info in case I have another issue with any appliance.

After a power outage our dishwasher was flashing error codes. Called Ace’s at 8 AM and they were able to get me taken care of by 4PM and doing dishes again!

Ace’s has done work for our family for several years. Ice makers, washer/dryers, dishwashers, freezers, and refrigerators. They are always on time, work to diagnose and fix it and not just swap parts. Highly recommend them. Always a pleasure to do business with and great people.

I used to consider myself lucky that my large appliances had always operated as they should. Until this past week and my Samsung washer decided to stop spinning. I contacted Ace's in the evening and the next morning a tech was at my house. Quick diagnosis and repair- they had this mama back on her laundry quest within 2 days after ordering a part. Great service, awesome owner, stand up technicians.

Very responsive. “Cole” repaired our 22 yo Whirlpool washer and was very informative about what was absolutely needed and what else we may want to do. No pressure! Jacob came in a timely manner and quickly determined what the issue was with the oven and scheduled a return with parts to repair. He also took a look at our outdoor gas fireplace and repaired it while here. He returned with parts and repaired the oven in a few minutes. Our experience with Ace’s and Jacob was a good one. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

Jacob is an exceptional service repair man! He was fast with the installation of my new ice maker and precise at the same time.
Ace is the place for sure if you have any appliance needs or repairs. Next on my list for their services will be replacement of my 25 yo old water heater. I’m thankful I have a reliable source to handle any future services I might need.

Jacob was fast and efficient in putting in the new craft ice maker. He verified that there were no leaks. He kept the area clean where he worked. The office made it easy to schedule and fast to get an appointment. This is my 3rd time to use Ace on various appliances. I will keep coming back.

Cole was wonderful! I was quickly and easily able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. Cole was professional and courteous and quickly identified the issue with our Wolf microwave and resolved it in less than an hour.
