Constraction reviews in Rockwall, Texas

Wonderful company to work with. We’ve used Elite pools for years and they’ve always taken excellent care of our pool. Very timely and communicative.

I am adding an October 2025 addendum to my previous review. Angelo and his team at Elite continue to do a great job servicing and maintaining our pool. I reached out last week about some equipment upgrades and tile repairs. Angelo explained the options and identified a cost effective solution that fully met my needs. The work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Elite. Original review: Angelo and his team do an outstanding job cleaning and maintaining our pool. The pool is clean year round and the equipment repair and maintenance services are always timely and responsive. I’ve used Elite for five years and have been continually satisfied.

Elite has been cleaning my pool for several years and never had a complaint and been impressed with their expertise, so when we were wanting to get our pool remodeled, we talked with Elite. We have really been impressed with their professionalism and promptness in getting things done. We have been very happy and would recommend our friends and family to use Elite. Our pool is beautiful again.

We have had them service our pool and spa for the last 4 years. We have a weekly schedule and they keep us clean and in working order all year long. If we have an issue or a problem like a pool equipment breaking down, they have always been very responsive and get repairs done quickly. They are the best and so glad they have been our pool people the last few years!!

We love our new mini pebble. It has brought our pool back to life. The work was completed quickly and is something we will enjoy for years. I highly recommend Elite!

I HIGHLY recommend Elite Swimming Pool & Spa. We were ready to have this pool filled in but Elite made it brand new again!!! I called several companies, left messages and even spoke to some who said they would come out to see what repairs needed to be done. NO ONE CALLED BACK OR SHOWED UP except for Angelo at ELITE!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, stayed in contact, responded quickly to text messages and was there to HELP us!! Thank you ELITE Swimming Pool & Spa.....But mostly THANK YOU ANGELO!!!!!

Awesome job on our remodel. Angelo is very responsive and very much a perfectionist. They were there on time every day and worked long hours to get the job done. When we asked for some changes in the middle, they worked with us no problem! They do amazing stone and tile work--our pool looks great. They also worked an extra day on preparing our pool for plaster as our last plaster job ended up with hollow spots. I am confident we won't have that issue with Elite. And finish work was attended to by Angelo personally, where his attention to detail was so valuable. I would highly recommend them for your pool remodel. Honest, trustworthy, good at what they do and they do the job right and are not satisfied until the customer is.

Elite Pools resurfaced our pool 10/2023 for a fair price. The work was done as scheduled and, most importantly, the follow-up over the next 3 weeks was outstanding. I highly recommend contacting Angelo about your pool needs.

Elite did a complete remodel Coping, Tile and Plaster on our 17 yr old pool. They did a great job. finished in less then 2 weeks. I got 5 bids on the work Elite was competitive on the price, I choose Elite based on the reviews I read, and I was not disappointed. Angelo responded to all texts and phone calls quickly, He answered all my questions and took care of every aspect of the remodel perfectly. We love our new pool.

Replaced tiles around top edge. Repaired coping bricks. Angelo was very responsive, good to communicate promptly and clearly. Juan drained pool one day, removed old tiles second day, placed new tiles and grouted third day and was done. He is an artist at his work. Cleaned up the site completely. Angelo came after pool filled to vacuum, clear surface debris and add chemicals. Very, very polite and respectful. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I are so happy with our swimming pool improvements. Our 40yr old pool needed a face-lift. I reached out to Elite Swimming Pool & Spa Service for help. I had a phone conversation with Angelo. It was a very engaged and informative conversation. A few weeks later we visited with him at our home . He's a very professional and personable gentleman. In less than an hour we had a plan to revive our swimming pool. He suggested replastering, new tile, and mastic replacement...
He said it would be finished in 10 days. That was perfect for our scheduled family gathering. It was done in less than 10 days! Our family had a fantastic time in our new swimming pool oasis. It's beautiful and we are so happy! Thanks to Angelo and his amazing crew at Elite Swimming Pool and Spa Service! Check out our before and after pictures.

Had them replace old pool pump, old pool filter, and concrete slab/pad for equipment in Jan 2026. Process and equipment was set up and installed in less than an afternoon with tutorial on how to set up the pool pump app via my phone and control settings. Great service and communication through the entire process.
The following month (Feb 2026), I contacted them regarding a considerable leak that was causing the pool to need constant refill daily with an exceeding monthly water bill for almost a year. They came out next day, able to find and repair the leak same day. Consistency with communication again throughout the entire process. Able to work with customers for payment options as well. Highly recommended 👍

Actually the location is wrong on this map. It's more towards Rockwall.. I love this place. And it sou ds like angie is another Rockwall house wife born with a silver spoon in her mouth used to everyone doing everything for her... And by the way.. that middle son, is probably the sweetest person on this planet. He will work his lil skinny fingers to the bone to make people like angie happy.

Friendly, personable, and FANTASTIC TO DEAL WITH! Marilyn & Alyssa are eager to help and worked with me on what I needed for my flagstone patio with a retaining wall. PICS TO COME!

Great family ran business that goes out of their way to give the best service. Love the Rock and custom bench Brody made for me.

Excellent staff and rock/stones. Friendly folks with great products for just about any stone need you may have. We love Classic Rock!

Was very disappointed in the customer service. The woman was extremely rude. We will gladly pay the extra $3 and go to Starr Turf where they are kind and respectful to their customers.

Check out the best Piggum's Classic Rock Page for your next landscape picks. They have the best selection in North Texas! And in my opinion They provide the best expertise in the business.

This place was awesome. We thought about getting rocks from Forney but so glad we went with Classic Rock.

Alyssa is incredibly creative and talented in what she does. Rocks that turn into art. Her and the brothers really helped us make the most of our landscaping project sensibly and effectively.
THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Wow how does this place even have any stars. The little girl Justin is very proud of how much of a man he is Haha. Went to get some pea gravel but instead they disrespect my wife, I got a F*** You and told me to step outside. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time on this hillbilly family. FTB!
