The technician was great. He showed up on time, quickly took care of my issue created by construction debris and left everything in beatiful condition. I will definitely call Elite in the future for my pool needs. Great JOB!!

The owner Angelo remodeled a pool at one of my rental property about a year ago and I’m still having to spend a lot of money and time to fix and undo everything they did. They installed the cheapest out of date materials and equipment which broke down and burned out right away. I have had several other pool experts and pool repair companies tell me that the equipment they installed is discontinued and low grade quality equipment in the industry. He basically ripped me off and I’m looking into serious legal action at this point.

Not the same company it was a couple years ago. Do *NOT* use them for any repair work unless you have a few extra thousand bucks to throw away. Apparently their pool folks get paid like $300 per hour (plus another $150 in overhead).

Our original pool filter and some of the plumbing was leaking badly. Angelo got somebody out right away and it was replaced within 2 days for a fair price. They will definitely be our go-to pool experts!

I reached out to Angelo to arrange for pool cleaning and could not be happier with the results. We needed to have the pool deep cleaned prior to listing our home on the MLS, and Angelo had his team detail the pool with minimal notice. We could not be happier with the level of service.

When you post a negative review on this site about this company, the owner's first "go to" is to say "are you sure this is the right Elite Pools?". Yes, I am sure-in Heath, Texas.  The prior owner did a complete remodel of the pool before we bought the house. All new equipment. All substandard. The new air blower lasted 9 months.  The too small pool pump lasted 1 year and 3 months.  I had the actual Pentair experts and 2 different Pentair warranty companies out to inspect and review this mess.  The pump installed was way too small to handle our large pool. So it burned out. Warranty? sure, but only for the  pathetic and inappropriate pump previously installed by Elite. Pentair recommended we buy the correct pump so we had to buy a new, larger pump that works great. Our filters are cleaned at least every 3 months, more often in swim season. We had to buy a new blower that is considered much, much better than the much cheaper one Elite installed - new one works great. The pool light was out so the previous owner bought a new LED pool light, however the Elite owner said the wiring was wrong and it was going to cost "$5,000 or more" to find the box and do wiring, etc. Hmmm. One of Pentair's warranty companies said it was only $150 to do, however when they came out to do it they saw that Elite had cut the wires to our existing pool light and then stuffed it all back down in the fixture hole trying to hide it. They obviously realized they didn’t know what they were doing, made a mistake then tried to hide it. They also had cut the new LED color light still in the box wiring in half, rendering it worthless ($1100 value for the light new). We have everything well documented with the folks that advised and assisted us.  We have fixed everything now at our expense and time wasted but are now considering our legal options with my attorneys.

I give two thumbs up for the services I received!!! To begin with, my technician was flexible to work around my schedule that changed at the last minute. He not only diagnosed the problems I had with my pool equipment but offered more than one options for the repair. He was very knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions.

These guys are TOP NOTCH to say the least! Angelo and his crew replastered my pool and it looks better than it ever has... Salvador does our weekly service and I couldn’t be more happy! He takes his time to do things right, goes above and beyond what I’ve seen with other pool techs and I felt that giving these guys kudos for a job well done is much earned and deserved. Elite Swimming Pool and Spa refinished our pool and replaced the pumps. A few years after the work was done, i had an issue and they came out the next day and addressed it a very reasonable price. Subsequent to that, i had a home inspection that erroneously noted a discrepancy with the pool. Angelo wrote a letter of explanation that same day to clear the issue off the list. Angelo is VERY responsive to emails and text and provided a quality pool resurfacing product at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Elite Swimming Pool & Spa for swimming pool repair work!

Our pool had been painted by previous owners, Elite came in and got the resurface job done in no time. Very responsive company that always answers the phone. Angelo is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly. My pool is beautiful.

Very happy with the service from Elite Pools. This is the first year we enlisted a pool service for weekly cleaning and maintenance and the pool has never looked better. We had a pump crack during the February Freeze and Elite was able to repair it quickly and at a reasonable cost. I am happy to support this locally based Rockwall company.

Angelo was very courteous and helpful with our pool heater issue. He also worked our order ahead of schedule because we needed to get an issue resolved quickly due to a pending home sale. We would recommend him.

I would recommend elite pool and spa to anyone, the owner gives clear communication and was able to give me a quote before he even left during his first visit. I had my pool coping replace, concrete decking repaired and all new equipment installed. Pretty much everything. They did a great job!! I can’t say enough good things about him and his crew

Elite Swimming Pool & Spa re-plastered and re-tiled our pool last month in less than a few weeks and did an amazing job, very thorough, addressed any issues we had, and responded promptly to every text and call timely. When I chose them it was from reading all the great reviews and now that they've done the job I can vouch for all those great reviews as well! We have used this service for almost a year now and I am so mad that I had to write a review. We had a service guy weekly servicing our pool here in Rockwall, he broke our hose and attachment that connect to our sprinkler system, after we reported it to management and sent pictures and video, they said they would come out to fix it at no charge, it has been weeks now and has not been fixed even after 2 reminders. We have cancelled our service with them and will no longer be using them. I am outraged at this poor service and the lack of urgency to fix this. This is unacceptable.
