We have used Doigg’s for many different reasons. We recently got new carpet in our entire home and we live the carpet and the installation was easy and they did an amazing job. Today we had Cole and Nate come and clean out our dryer vents. They were fast, efficient, and did a great job. Highly recommend Doigg’s!!!

Our carpets have been through a lot over the years. I'm posting pictures for complete transparency.Also to provide proof of the great job that was done. Cole was really nice, polite and knowledgeable about the restoration process of a flooded area in our home. We only used the basic carpet cleaning for the time being, but it still looks & smells great. I would definitely recommend their services!!!

Before we put our house on the market, we had new carpet installed by Doigg's. We had a great experience, so we hired them again to install carpet in our new home. This time we worked with James, who is easy to work with also. Good service. Nice carpet beautifully installed. On time. At a GREAT price! We highly recommend Doigg's.

Doigg's is who I called when I had water damage to my house. They were fast, communicated very well and answered all my questions. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them to anybody I met. There are some great companies out there and Doigg's is at the top of the list in water damage and customer service.

Erik called to let me know he would be here in 20 minutes and he was here in 20 minutes. He was very professional and helpful. He did an amazing job. He even took the time to try to calm my dog that was in his kennel going crazy over the cleaning device and letting him smell it and making sure he was not here to hurt him or me. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers! Thank you to James for introducing me to your company in the first place! Will definitely call you guys again!

I have used this company multiple times. Jeff and his crews are on site promptly, with an attitude that lets you know they will do whatever is necessary to make your clean-up and restoration a success.
From leaks to mold removal they are prompt professional and down right great people.
I hope I never need their services again, but I won’t hesitate to call!!!

A water heater failure left us flooded. I was standing in water and frustrated because the computer for the water mitigation company I had been referred to by my insurance company had left me on hold, twice. The insurance company had carefully explained that I could choose anyone I wanted to do the work, so I asked the carpet company that had always done a nice job for me and they recommended Doigg's. I called, talked to a real human and their guys were at my house in about half an hour. They started the whole process of getting us dried out and minimized further damage. They came back each morning to make adjustments to the equipment. They were pleasant, intelligent young men who were able to communicate clearly, and work independently and competently. It has been a bright spot in this whole unpleasant surprise.

If you have a water emergency, I can't recommend Doigg's highly enough. My water heater burst and flooded 3.5 rooms. As a single woman, I felt like I was in extremely good hands for this project. Matt, Darryl and Cole were all efficient, professional, and understanding of all my questions. They really know their stuff, and because of that It helped bring my anxiety level down 10 notches. I called Doigg's after we had a candle fire in a bedroom. From start to finish, everyone was amazing. James came and inspected the damage and was very understanding of the stress and worry we were going through with smoke damage and wanting to make sure everything was safe for our family. Matt and Darrell were the guys that took care of the cleanup of everything in the room, they were extremely professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning everything in the room and storing it for the demolition. I would recommend this crew to anyone who may need help with restoration'/cleanup/anything!!!

I chose Doiggs for a mold remediation project and I was highly satisfied with their work. James was responsive and communicated with me throughout the process, quoting all the remediation work called out in the mold protocol. The technicians were true professionals and cleaned up after themselves. The house was cleaned from floor to ceiling and passed air quality testing with flying colors. They did a great job and I'm happy to support a local family owned business. Highly recommend this company for any restoration projects. 5 stars!

We had a water leak that also resulted in mold damage. I had bids from two of the large, well-known companies. A friend suggested I get a another for comparison, and recommended Doigg's. I called them, and was contacted that afternoon to set up an appointment.

The next day James, the project manager came to inspect the area, and I had a comprehensive quote and plan of action, including the specific protocol outlined by the state certified Environmental Specialist, within 12 hours. Not only was the quote very comparable to the other companies, but they offered a cash discount!

We chose to use Doigg's, and the project was complete within a week. James and his work partner Cole were prompt and polite, always communicating on the progress. In addition, they left the area very clean and clear of debris and dust.

We would heartily recommend this company!

Coming home to a collapsed bathroom ceiling and water everywhere is never fun, but at least knowing who to call helps tremendously!! So glad we called Doiggs!! James came out the same day and thoroughly explained what all would need to happen. He helped us navigate dealing with insurance and got his crew out very quickly so they could start work before a bunch of mold set in. Matt, Darrell and James worked hard several days, as this was a complete gut job down to the studs. We appreciated the fact that they were so careful with everything and all the precautions they took to make sure their work didn't impact the rest of the house.
This whole process from start to finish was so much better than we could have ever imagined. Having confidence in the people that do this kind of work is priceless! The fact that they were always prompt, courteous, and friendly was an added bonus and made an unpleasant situation not seem quite so bad. Darrell and Felix were awesome. Quick, professional, friendly and funny. They handled the whole process of picking up my floors and drying out water damage. They were curtious and kept me updated over phone calls when they were en route. They were thorough and explained what they were doing the whole time. Much appreciated yall.
