Graves is the best! Handled all communication with insurance, scheduled our install quickly, and upgraded us to a much better product. They left our place cleaner than it was and the roof is a beautiful upgrade. We love it!

I've been using Graves Roofing for several years now with excellent results. Started using them for doing small repairs because the shingle work done on the house by the original builder was marginal at best. We would constantly lose shingles every time we got storms with strong winds. So when it came time to replace the entire roof due to hail and wind damage, I called Graves.

This summer we had the entire roof redone including replacement of rain gutters. We worked with Brandon Westphal from start to finish and are thrilled with the results. Brandon helped us navigate the insurance process...with results that exceeded expectations... and was here every day to ensure the installation went well. Anyone who has replaced their entire roof knows what an ordeal it is. You need to have someone you can count on to listen to your concerns, provide top quality products, resolve an issues that arrive, and ensure your satisfaction is met when the job is complete. We now have an upgraded roof and new rain gutters that hopefully will outlast us, pending any future disasters that Texas weather can throw out. Best of all, the work looks great.

Rob with Graves roofing came to my house after a bad storm that ripped a 6' x 8' section of shingles off and volunteered to install a free temporary patch to my roof to minimize any further damage until my roof could be replaced even of I didnt choose his company. He was genuine and transparent about everything and when the company replaced the roof the workers were professional and did a great job even with the challenges of getting the equipment on my property with the tight access to my driveway from the alleyway. The roof looks great and we have had no issues through several bad storms since then. The cleanup was thorough and I was only able to find one nail after searching the property. That's pretty good in my book. I am very satisfied. I recommend this company to anyone reading this. Rob thanks again. We need more like you out there.

Edited to add: Rob has also checked in with me several times since the install to make sure everything was satisfactory and even driven out to the house after bad storms to see if the roof had any issues.

We recently had some major wind damage and called up Bryan Graves and had him come by and take a look. Was able to locate the damage and didn't just go to "you need a new roof", as many others would do. He inspected the whole roof, patched up where the shingles blew off and even sealed up the roof jacks, flashings and exposed nails...and painted. Above and beyond the best in the business, knowledgeable, professional and friendly the whole way thru. Thanks so much and highly recommend for all your roof and restoration needs.

Purchased home recently and needed to have roof inspected and gutters cleaned. Graves Roofing came out and did a great job describing what was good, what needed fixing, and bdid a good job on roof. They were very friendly, knowledgable and quick to respond.

I thought I had a roof leak and I called Brian to come check it out. He came highly recommended by my neighbor who is also a roofer but would not touch tile roofs. He came over and quickly diagnosed the issue and I found out it was just my bathtub on my second floor. He didn't charge anything and I really appreciate his honesty. Really friendly guy he could have ripped me off as I feel that many others around this area would have tried to do. He made the whole process so stress free for me! He fought for me to get my claim paid for and got me everything the hail damaged replaced. This was no small feat, arguing with my insurance company. But his attention to detail and consistent follow up with them paid off. But the work didn’t stop there, he coordinated the entire thing for me, roof, gutters, garage doors, windows, fence everything! He communicated when people would arrive and it went seamless. The crews were fast, professional, clean, and did an exceptional job using quality products!

Robert and the crew did a great job for us! Graves personnel helped during the insurance inspection and went the extra mile to ensure the inspector was aware of every issue and included all damage in the claim amount.

Also coordinated with my local agent to ensure the Class 4 roofing would meet the insurer's requirements to get me significant discounts on future premiums!

The entire job was completed the same day, and everything is excellent. They added a "cricket" peak at the chimney to prevent future leakage there at no extra charge. The crew ensured cleanup was thorough to remove all construction debris including running magnets to find stray nails.

And the roof really looks great! 👍👍👍

Best builder around

We moved into this house 7 months ago and the pool was installed 3-4 months prior to that. So the pool is roughly 1 year old and we've had to replace all the LED lights (+$3k) and now the motherboard (+$2k). When speaking with Kirsten and asking if their company would at least stand behind their product she said "You're not our customer" because the warranty doesn't transfer and stated they're not affiliated with the BBB and hung up. Any pool company that doesn't stand behind their product for 1 year (Warranty or no) is not reputable and clearly doesn't perform quality work.

I have used Doiggs multiple times over the years for carpet cleaning and they have always done a fabulous job. This past March I woke up to my home flooded due to my master toilet overflowing all night. I called Doiggs and James Brannin came out within the hour and assessed the situation. Immediately he contacted his crew and these guys worked endlessly until my home was in a livable condition. James was very much hands on and always kept me informed. Even after they completed the flood restoration, which was over half of my home, James checked back several times to see if I noticed or needed anything. I can’t say enough how blessed I am to have such a caring, professional family company that I can call.

Matt and Cole cleaned the tile flooring throughout my home and did a fantastic job. They were timely and very professional. The grout was pretty much renewed to the original color. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Highly recommend James who is part of Doigg's for any water damage/mitigation work. They did a top notch professional job and kept us informed. They provided hundreds of pictures as well to supplement the job.
