Constraction reviews in Rockwall, Texas

Bryan Graves was very professional and did an excellent job in giving me a new roof. All his employees were courteous and respectful of our property. The job was done effectively and clean up great. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Brandon Westphal did an excellant job advising me on color of shingels and gutters. He was always easy to reach and available and adressed any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the work that was done. He went above and beyond working with my insurance.
I highly recommend Graves roofing.

Bryan Graves was an amazing help to me when dealing with my insurance company and getting our new roof installed. He has held my hand every step of the way, been super responsive, and the roof looks awesome. After a terrible experience with a public adjuster, I will recommend everyone I know to go with Graves Roofing from now on.

Graves Roofing & Restoration has replaced a roof on 2 different homes for me. Each time, the quality was top notch and professional! True to their word, they have returned to remedy small issues as they have arisen over the years. Highly recommend!

We had hail damage on our roof. Bryan came and checked it out and even met with the insurance adjuster. The entire process was effortless for us! He and his crew replaced our roof and gutters quickly. Great job! I highly recommend Graves Roofing!

What GREAT service! I called on a Sunday afternoon and got a hold of Brandon. By the next day he was out replacing the shingle that was bad. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Thanks Brandon

I recently had a roof job done with Graves Roofing. I had a truly wonderful experience. Brian the owner took the time to explain what he needed to and Brandon was awesome. He helped me thru the whole process. I was doing this long distance . He sent me photos and kept me up to date. I would not hesitate to use their services again and strongly recommend them for your roofing needs. Desiree

Best roofing company in the Rockwall/Rowlett area! Honest and reliable, great at repairing roofs!

Getting bids from roofing companies as a female was horrible. I just wanted new shingles slapped on. I am so glad I used Grave’s. Not only did they work with my insurance company but they didn’t try to scam me like the other companies. They also didn’t stop work on the roof for more money because there were issues with the roof needing repair. The best part was it didn’t take all day listening to all the noise while I worked at home. All the people are down home and care.

Professional, prompt, flexible and attentive. Incredible customer service and craftsmanship. Our house looks amazing. Would recommend time and time again and will use them in the future. Everyone from their owner, to the project manager and the workers were incredibly respectful and went above and beyond to make you feel like you were their only customer. Can’t say enough good things about this company and how they run their business.

Graves Roofing & Restoration provided an excellent replacement of my roof with a great product. My roof has now withstood 4 extreme high wind storms and many inches of hard rains. I am writing this review because Graves installation group did a great job in addition the now proven performance of the Roof.

Graves Roofing put a new roof on my house following the hailstorms. I was so happy with the results, when it came time to replace my father-in-law’s roof, I turned to Graves. Once again, they did not disappoint. We are very happy with both results. Both roofs are beautiful! Bryan Graves gives excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Had some wind damage that removed a dozen shingles. Brian and his helper showed up when he said he would, and they fixed it for a fair price. Very pleased with Graves professionalism and service.
I highly recommend them

Rob is extremely trust worthy and honest. i would recommend Graves to all my friends.

If you need help with your roof after storm damage you only need to call two companies- Graves and your insurance company.

I started with graves because they will temporarily stop more damage from happening.

Brandon has been the go to person for each of my neighbors and myself.

He patched the big hole in my roof then worked with my insurance company, then gave me choices to get my house back to better than new condition.

Brandon comes with a smile, information, solutions and urgency to get the job done.

Sincerely
Bob

I was having continued leaks that our builder was not addressing. I reached out to Graves for a second opinion- they came out on the same day, performed a thorough inspection, and provided a detailed report. Graves roofing is polite, prompt, and professional- would strongly recommend!
