Victor and Co run a tight ship, and always require pants. 10/10 would recommend.

This company has been absolutely wonderful. I have had quite a few situations where I needed help and reached out to them and they replied immediately! They are big texters which is very convenient, but will also call me and walk me through things (and not chastise me for being clueless!) They will stay on the phone if needed or even send someone to my house at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I have not had my pool for even a year (never owned a pool before either) and I am still learning. Speaking as a person who needs to have their hand held from time to time, I couldn't have made a better choice as far as pool maintenance companies go. If I could give them extra stars I would. They have kept my pool looking beautiful as well - they tell you which day and time they are coming every week and they are consistent 100% of the time. Please try them!!!

We bought a house with a pool that was totally green and had to get that cleaned up and learn all the things about having a pool. The level of service I received from this company is so much more than I could have ever expected. I called early one morning with a leaky filter and by the time I got home, they were at my house installing a replacement (only needed the bottom half). They didn't try to upsell me with additional items but rather, offered several money saving suggestions. I'm so happy that I switched from my previous, less than stellar, pool company!

I Called Victor at 11:30 last night in the middle of the winter storm. He returned my call within 5 minutes and arrived at our home in 20 minutes. Our actuator was frozen over from the sleet. He winterized our pool. Highly recommend Pool Patrol for all your pool needs.

We recently purchased a home in Heath, TX. The existing pool was not to our liking. We had Pool Patrol come in and give it a bit of a facelift. New mini pebble surface, new coping, new spillway and more. These guys did a great job for us and completed the work in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results. Thanks Pool Patrol!

We were needing our pool resurfaced. After looking at the excellent reviews we called Pool Patrol. Victor came out last year and was very informative, explained the entire process, gave us a quote, and we never felt pressured or rushed. We waited a year and gave Victor a call. He remembered us and was happy to help. Victor and Kelton kept us very informed throughout the whole process. Communicated with us constantly the entire time. They were always on time and we never had any surprises. I would call with what I thought were silly questions, but Victor or Kelton were always available and happy to answer any questions we had. We ended up getting the Pebbletex surface and couldn’t be happier! Our pool looks great! Kelton took his afternoon to show me the different colors, tile samples, hand rails, everything. Overall we would recommend Pool Patrol to everyone! Victor, Kelton, and their entire crew were incredible. Thank you all so much!

Summer of 2024, our pool had fallen into disarray from a previous pool cleaning company we were using. It had algae blooms and was in rough shape. I saw on the Rockwallian FB group where people highly recommended Pool Patrol. I reached out to Victor and he immediately responded. He came to the house that day to quote us for routine maintenance and to get us back in working order. It didn’t take long before everything was beautiful again.
