We were in a total panic. Right at the middle of our pool remodel; Our first company left us high and dry; (literally) and of course within week and a few days of our granddaughters Graduation party. Pool Patrol under Victor and Kelton’s management came through beautifully. Water feature recreated by my husband, yet they worked great with us and our plan. We also changed our weekly pool service to be serviced by Pool Patrol. Great group.

Kelton and Victor are absolutely stellar to work with. They are friendly, professional and very responsive. Those qualities are not always easily found in this line of business. Received top notch service from Kelton today. Had an emergency with my pool equipment last night and was really nervous because of the freezing temperatures. Kelton came out and got it all fixed up the very next day and gave me peace of mind going forward. We will definitely continue to use Pool Patrol for all of our needs and highly recommend them.

Wow, what a difference! Pool Patrol gave our back yard a whole new life. I’d wager we have the nicest backyard in our neighborhood now. From a new pool remodel to the spray deck, I doubt there is anything these guys can’t do to make your back yard resort like. And weekly maintenance at only $200 is awesome!

Pool patrol has been an amazing company to work with. I always tell any contractor is we are very picky and will hold you to the standard of service you state for your company. Pool Patrol definitely delivers service excellence. From my initial messages to onset phone call, Victor was very informative and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I have had to call on weekends for help and they always pick up the phone when I need something. While I try to respect weekends our pool was not working and was worried something bigger was happening. Victor and Kelton are exceptional and any problem that I may think is big they make me feel is not a big deal and they will take care of the problem and make the pool work. My pool is always amazingly clean. So glad we choose Pool Patrol. Only regret was not picking them as my PB. Thank you!

Victor and his crew are great. They show up when they say they will and the customer service is top notch. This is our first winter with a pool and he answered every question and helped walk me through a problem we had with our freeze control during this ice storm.

Victor and Kelton are hands down the best! We have had them as a weekly pool service for a while now and could not ask for better! Every time we have an issue, they are so prompt and on it …sometimes they’re and fixing it within 30 minutes. We would recommend them to anyone for weekly service or even if you just have a simple problem. They helped winterize our pool over the freeze. We have one small piece that broke… I messaged them. He was there fixing it in 30 minutes …before the next cold front came through!

A long overdue review: Pool Patrol gets all the stars for a raving review! They stuck with us for 6 months until we were ready to tackle the pool remodel, and the only thing we didn't replace was the filter. New pump, heater, automation, coping, tile, plaster, spa jets, skimmer basket, drains, and lights. For the tile design, I was set on a vertical stack application, and they helped me achieve my design–always being solutions-oriented. Their crews worked tirelessly and the remodel was efficient. We had a new pool in one week with managed expectations along the way. Hands down I recommend Pool Patrol. And to add to it all, they turfed our side yard too!

We moved to Texas 2 1/2 years ago and struggled to find a pool service in our budget until we found Pool Patrol. They were more than $100 cheaper a month than anyone else we called! I have so much respect for Victor and his small, locally owned business. They communicate great, always make me a priority, and Victor always answers the phone when I call with an issue.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Victor Aguillon with Pool Patrol! We have our house for sale and our pool equipment began leaking after this last freeze even with us running it for the week. I called Victor and he was able to make it out the next day to make sure our system is running perfectly and for free! He’s been the only company servicing our pool because he shows integrity and didn’t try to make up charges to increase their profits. I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for someone to service your pool!

We had Pool Patrol renovate our pool. It turned out beautiful! All work was done in a timely manner with absolutely no mess! We did not have to micro manage at all. Victor came as promised and completed as promised. A company you can trust that takes pride in their workmanship! Pool Patrol also does our pool servicing! So great to just be able to enjoy our pool!

Victor was great to work with. He kept an eye on his crew everyday for quality and to ensure the project was going as planned. We have had some bad experiences with contractors, but not Victor.

Pricing was to my budget and the project finished on time within the amount quoted. I can heartily recommend Victor and Pool Patrol for cantilever pool deck repairs.
