I had a semi-emergency leak in the main pump valve box. Water kept flowing even though the sprinklers were not on.

I called Rockwall Irrigation Repair and left a message. The owner (Thomas) returned my call quickly and set up an appointment at my convenience. He was onsite early and able to diagnose the problem almost immediately.

He replaced the broken part and tested all zones to ensure they were functioning properly.

I’ve dealt with this company a number of times for various issues and have nothing but good things to say about them. Honest, prompt and provides good service.

We had two zones of our irrigation system where the pop-up sprinklers we’re not popping up. Michelle and Thomas were quick to respond and schedule a diagnostic visit. Thomas checked our entire system and determined the issue was significantly low water pressure. He recommended a plumber to check our valves. He was correct, a valve near our city supply line had failed. Once replaced, our irrigation system worked great, and the overall water pressure within our house also increased. I would recommend Thomas for his responsiveness, knowledge and integrity.

Thomas and his team arrived promptly on our scheduled day. They assessed the status of our sprinkler system and addressed the known, and unknown, repairs it needed. We appreciate their service and will recommend them to other folks with similar needs.

I’ve been using this company since August 2021 when I reached out for a complete system check on my entire system. I knew I had several sprinkler heads that needed replacement, several valves that needed to be rebuilt as well as several drip lines that also needed repair. Tom and his crew came out within days and evaluated the entire system. The estimate I received for all repairs was exceptional compared to others I had received, so needless to say, repairs were completed within the week and I have been pleased to continue using this business since then! I am happy that I can send an email just to ask a question and Tom responds quickly every time.

We recently used Rockwall Lawn Sprinkler Repair to upgrade our sprinkler controller to the WIFI controlled version. After installation Thomas explained how it functioned and its uses very clearly. He also repaired several non-functioning sprinkler heads. Thomas was very professional in his workmanship and equipment expertise. We have used Rockwall Irrigation Repair on multiple occasions for sprinkler repair as well as new zone installs. Michelle has always been great to work with for scheduling, and Thomas and his team have always arrived when they said they would. The repair work has lasted years without issue and the new zone install was thoroughly planned for our yard and landscaping. My husband and I recently had some repairs done to our sprinkler system and a drainage system installed in our backyard. Thomas and his crew went above and beyond with their work. Thomas was very responsive and punctual. The crew was very friendly, and left no messes behind after the work was done.

Thanks to them our sprinkler system works like new, and we no longer have a muddy bog in our backyard after storms. We are starting to get new grass growth in spots that have been bare for a few years, wish we would have reached out to Thomas sooner about the drainage.

Thomas also came back a couple weeks later to help my husband mark our sprinkler heads for some aerating that we were going to have done.

I have used Jedco Gutters on multiple houses. They have always been professional and do a great job! I highly recommend them!

On 11/17 /2018 I contracted Jedco to install some 6" seamless gutters. Jim Henson informed me that he did not have the machine for 6" guttering but had a man that runs the 6" guttering for him and that he would get it scheduled within three weeks. I never heard from him . I phoned and emailed him with no response until after Xmas. When he did contact me he said it would be the middle of January 2019. It is now the 19th of January and no gutters. I phoned and emailed for a update 01/05. Again no response. His company was recommended by a friend. As a friend to all, if looking for guttering I would suggest you never phone or use this company. I wish they had negative Stars. I would give them a 10.

A friend recommended this company after having her gutters done in Irving. My property had no gutters and I was tired of the issues with ponding and erosion. Had Jim come out late May for an estimate, and the process was easy. He told me it probably wouldn’t be done until the third week of June and he would call me. That’s exactly what he did. He and his son came out today and did great work, and the pricing was fair. I was looking forward to the first rainstorm so I could really see the impact of the install, and I didn’t have to wait long as it started raining tonight. I’m so glad we had it done and you will, too!

I gave Jim a call about getting some gutters installed on my home. Very friendly. He was very helpful with all my questions. He was very organized and detailed with everything from coming out to do the estimate to getting the gutters installed. The price was very reasonable, and I was scheduled in much quicker than I thought it would take which was very nice! It took them only half the day to finish the gutters and it looks great! I had a minor gutter install job and I was looking for a company that just does gutters (in my experience roofers who do gutters always want to talk about the roof). Jim came out and was quick, knowledgeable, and provided a fair quote. The next day they came out and did the install. It was a very quick, and well done experience. If needed, I will definitely use them again.

This is the second time we had Jedco Gutters replace our gutters (two different homes) and we have been happy both times they did work for us. The first time they changed the location of our existing downspouts (their idea) and improved our drainage. The second time, on a different house, they did another great job. The crew is easy to work with and were careful not to damage landscaping and stained patio. Will call again if needed in the future!

Collin and his crew and the crew that showed up to help all did a fabulous job!! Nice, fun and hard workers! Highly recommend!! They had to dig in several places in our yard, and you can barely tell that they were even here!
