Crooks to say the least. Tried charging me over 600 dollars to replace a part that cost 23 dollars.

We have used Andy's for years for sprinkler repair. They have always delivered great service and value. My technician today went above and beyond which prompted me to write this review. We will continue to use Andy's.

Impeccable work; diligent, hardworking, fast, kept their word to their proposal, met the deadline - could not have asked for a better job. Every employee that showed up worked so hard, worth every dime.

Got bids from two companies and these guys were twice as expensive. When I questioned the high cost the tech that was sent out agreed that the company is expensive. I'm sure they do good work but I would make sure you get a second bid before just hiring this company.

The customer service is top notch. I had a sprinkler valve bust and it was leaking. I called them at 8:00am and the techs were at my house by 12:00P.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Very professional. I would use them again without hesitation.

Simon, Kris, Hector and their team went above and beyond in updating my sprinkler system. I could not have asked for any better experience. I would give them a 20+ rating if it was possible. They don't quit until the customer is satisfied.

Kris and his team showed up on time and did an excellent job identifying sprinkler heads needing to be repaired and replaced. Kris was courteous and answered all my questions. The whole team completed the work with proficiency, including cleaning up the areas that required replacement. Much appreciate the professionalism and care shown in the service appointment.

The crew that showed up to do some repairs on my sprinkler system were very professional and courteous! As always, their work they perform is done with accuracy and they clean up in and around the areas where the work was completed. This is why I will always use Andy’s Sprinkler, Drainage and Lighting!!!

David did an outstanding job on adjusting and recommending additional heads for my sprinkler system. He did not try to upsales or tell me something that was not true. David showed me the heads that he adjusted. David is very knowledgeable and listen to my concerns. Thanks for the professionalism and great customer service.

Adam Whitely came out and did a great job. Worked his butt off while his helper played on his phone. We have 23 stations with over 50 heads that had to be replaced. He was here all day until the job was complete, then took time to walk us through the stations and set the timer. We will definitely call Adam out again, as we will need an upgrade soon. Noor and Hector also came out to help Adam and they were really friendly as well.
