The staff is very Knowledgeable and helpful. We came with a preliminary idea of how we wanted layout our property. Within a few minutes and some suggestions we had a better plan and the plants to pull it off.

Went looking for vegetables to get for my garden and went to Tractor Supply, Lowes, and Walmart looking for some plants. Only found really sickly looking plants.... So I called LandArt of Rockwall and they said they had vegetables! These plants were healthy and there was a variety to choose from.
Sheryll helped us find the plants we were looking for and also gave me some gardening tips (which I need). She was very sweet and so was everyone else.
I will be coming back when they have Okra and Zucchini! And any other time I need vegetables!

Nice selection of trees and shrubs that you will not find at the big box stores. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory. Cannot wait for our new tree to be delivered and planted.

First, let me say I have never written a negative review.

We have 6 acres and had a new home built on it. As you can imagine we have used a number of contractors. We engaged Land Art to put in a 46 zone irrigation system with a pond pump, with the option of using city water. We also had Land Art design and landscape the front of the house. We spent over 50K, close to 60K with Land Art. Here we are, almost a year later and the pump has never been tested, no instructions how to use it after repeated requests. No zone map, had to develop it myself. I had to request a plumber (Mickey Frausto - Excellent) to come out and fix an irrigation plumbing issue (wrong angle at the joints causing too much pressure on the PVC pipe and it kept breaking) around their control valve after they attempted to fix three separate times. The owner (Ron) blamed us without inspecting his companies work. When he does not follow through or communicate he always has an excuse. I would be very cautious using Land Art for any project as it seems to overwhelm them. Don't expect good/timely communication and if Ron says he will do something I highly recommend getting it in writing. When you engage a company to do your landscaping you would think they would stake the trees, well they put four stakes in and the first 20MPH wind and I had to add eight more stakes for trees they did not stake and added stakes to the trees that they did stake.
Do you think I will be reimbursed for the plumber or the new irrigation group to test and train us on the pond pump? There is more, I am just tired of being negative.

I can't review Ron's Garden Center, I hope you have a better experience than we had.

Update: Ron finally came out to test the pump and walk us through using the pump and now he tells us that we can't switch between the pond and the city water. Nice to know a year later!

If you go on a Saturday you may have to wait a bit to speak with the owner regarding what will work best in your spot, but it sure is worth it. I planted tons last spring, summer, and fall and my Home Depot perenials have Not returned. But ALL of my Land Art of Rockwall plants have returned with a vengence! My butterfly bush is thriving, my beauty berry is fabulous and my two Land Banks Rose bushes are healthy and happy. Great Quality, Great Help, and Great Prices!

We hired Ron for our landscaping and sprinkler system. He failed to secure the sprinkler box to the house. Over the past 12 months, we have asked him repeatedly to fix this and he has acted surprised every time and tells me he will have someone over and never does. Do not trust this company, they lack integrity and do low quality work.

We are thrilled with the landscape design, plants and service from Land Art! From Day 1, our phone calls were returned, appointments kept and expectations exceeded! They came in exactly at budget - no surprises! We get tons of compliments about our landscaping and we are thrilled with their follow up service as well. Can’t say enough good things about Johnathon, Ron, all the employees and our experience with Land Art! Highly recommend them!

3/22/2024. Once again Land Art does not disappoint! Just had another tree delivered and planted, at my new home. Ramone and his helper were so efficient and timely. They planted my tree by themselves after a night of storms soaking the ground. Thank you to them! The gals at Land Art, Cheryl, Kinia and Marissa are delightful! So easy to talk with and wonderful with ideas and information. Thank you Ladies!

Have made 2 separate purchases with Land Art. Both were just fine. Our trees were delivered and planted on schedule without difficulty. I enjoyed my time there and getting advice. Plan to be a repeat customer for years to come.

We used Land art for our sod, irrigation, and down spout installation about 2years ago when we were building our home. This year we had them come back and design and install several berms and plant around 20 trees and landscaping which turned out beautiful. The crew were respectful and diligent in their efforts. Worked full days and accomplished the work in minimal time.

I would HIGHLY recommend the Team at Land Art.

I hired Land Art for two jobs. First, to replace my underground drainage around my home. Darin and his team replaced it all with PVC. He was so easy to work with that I hired him again to replace the St. Augustine and add hardscaping to my side yards. He even showed me a real photo of what the completed project would look like before he started the job. His prices are competitive, and his team is professional. Darin never left me hanging; he promptly returned all my texts and calls. I will certainly be calling on him again.

Darin with Land Art was amazing to work with. Everything was perfect and the pricing was competitive. He went above and beyond with all of our requests and his workers did an excellent job. On top of that, he promptly answered text messages and telephone calls.

What do you think you deserve star wise for nnot communicating and losing buisness by not answering calls in a timely manner tell me what star rating would you give yourself? How can they be more that a 1 star they dont answer can't leave a message was on hold with elevator music for 5min. No answer noway to leave a message. You lose land Art im moving on

Land art of Rockwall came out and completely transformed our back yard. Very reasonably priced and we couldn’t be happier with their work and will definitely have them back out for more projects.

WOW. This nursery is a hidden gem! Staff was top notch, sharp, professional, mature, and very service oriented. Impressive that they know what they are selling, care and are not a corporate owned giant volume focused brand.
If you want fair prices, quality and love shopping a local small business where customer service exists you will never shop elsewhere! I drove past here for years because it’s hard to spot but I’ll never make that mistake! They also have stone, metal yard art, trees, shrubs, flowers that are hard to find. Along with unique cactus/succulents that are a reasonable price! Great experience overall- go today!
