Dennis and David go out of their way to ensure the repairs are up to your satisfaction. They are responsive and do what they say they will do. After the two repairs they have done for me the area was cleaned up and you couldn’t tell any repairs had been done. Can’t recommend them enough!

You can't go wrong with Benchmark Pool repair. I had some serious deposit build up on my tile that I was not able to keep up with for a few years and it looked bad. They came out and got the job done. Now it looks awesome. They are prompt and return your calls. I highly recommend them.

We had Benchmark replace our spa check valves and redo some plumbing. They did an excellent job and were very timely. Definitely recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! David came out to repair my pool and was incredibly thorough, making sure everything was done the right way. He took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, their customer service was excellent, friendly, professional, and responsive from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with such great care for their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of pool service or repair!

Hired Benchmark to come and give me an estimate as our pump housing broke and we had leak. They came out replaced and fixed everything and turned our very dark green lagoon to a beautiful sparkling pool. We have had our pool for 11 years and they have been the most reasonable for everything that they have done!! I am so happy that we have found them and now doing a weekly service with them too!.

We got several quotes from other companies for a busted pipe under our pool and Benchmark was the most affordable and reliable. He cleaned our pool and we are back in excellent working condition for the summer. We will 100% call him again for any repairs in the future- fast, knowledgeable, and showed up to do the work. 10/10 stars and very pleased with his work.

I've known Dennis for around 20 years. He's a great guy and his partner is David , very nice guy. Their work is very good and clean. Our HOA has hired them to keep our community pool at Park Place. The pool is always immaculate, no problems. Fantastic service.

David (and Dennis) did exactly what they promised... They converted a frog pond with hundreds of bull frogs and tadpoles back into a beautiful pool that we could enjoy... Nothing short of a miracle - just look at the pics.

They evaluated the system and only recommended required changes and saved money in the process.

Benchmark Pools treated our pool as they would have treated their own...

David was conscientious and worked meticulously daily. He explained every step, the pool is beautiful, looks like new. The cost was fair and competitive and included several extras like adding a safety rail and rehabbing my diving board. This is an excellent company!

I called on Tuesday and spoke with Ben. He came out the next day and sprayed inside and outside. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he let me follow him around asking questions the whole time.

I love this company for my pest control needs! I used two other companies before Enviro-Tech and was not nearly as satisfied. They are also quite flexible with their schedule, which we love.

We always call Brian when we need HVAC service or repair. I know he will fix the issue quickly for a fair price. My daughter and sister-in-law also have had great experiences with Brian and Enviro-Tech.

I have friends who have used this company for years. So when I saw termites I was glad to know I could call someone I could trust. Brian, the owner, came out to specifically check and make sure this was indeed termites. Thank God, it was the beginning of what could have been a bad situation. Brian and I chatted for quite some time as he explained everything he would do. I also have a problem with carpenter ants and mosquitos, so I signed up for the once a month mosquito plan. I have many butterflies and bumble bees. He assured me the chemical he used would not hurt these. He was absolutely correct. They are still flying around and I have not had a problem with mosquitos. Brian seems to take a personal interest in his clients needs and I always get a call before they come out. I will be using Enviro-Tech as my go-to for all my pest control needs.

We’ve had a few with this company and I’ve given them more than enough time to make it right before posting this review.

Our service mysteriously stopped in the summer of 2020 for about 5 months and after our yard was filled with weeds I called and talked to the owner Brian. He said our service was stopped because they switched billing systems. After a few calls he made it right and didn’t charge our monthly service charge for a few months.

Fast forward to the fall of 2021 and our yard filled with weeds again. I made a couple of phone calls before I got a return call and was told that they changed products and that I didn’t need the weed service every 3 months so once again we went 5 months without treatment and only received treatment once I called to complain.

When I spoke to Brian in November and told him I was ready to cancel he encouraged me to keep the service until after January 1st because we would then receive another lawn treatment as well as a pest treatment. January and February have come and gone and we have yet to receive either of these treatments. I have called and left 2 messages as well as spoke to someone and was told Brian would call me back. Still no phone call so I am out the money that we paid for January.

We received a lot of excuses and empty promises with this company. Not to mention 3 times that they left the gate open and our dog could have gotten out. I should have gone with my first instinct and cancelled in 2020 when our service was first cancelled in error. Don’t waste your time.
