Very good service and selection of products.

Had confirmation in writing to mow for 3 weeks while on vacation. Even confirmed via phone the day before we left. Never showed up once! Said we never confirmed with him, yet he was planning to show up to mow the day we arrived home. Hmmm.

I used Landscape Source in the fall to replace all of the dead shrubs & trees damaged by the snowstorm. My landscaper used two stakes instead of three for my saplings. I’ve been meaning to get someone out to fix it but have had a lot on my plate. Sure enough the wintery mix nearly took both of my trees out, but I knew that if I went back, they would take care of me, and they did. The owner got on the phone immediately & began to make arrangements for someone to come to my house the same day! It’s their customer service & patience that will keep me coming back. Thank you for your servant’s heart. You made my day🤗

I love this place. I own a landscape company and I only get my plants ,mulch, and etc here. They have amazing plants / flowers ,and prices are outstanding lower than everywhere else. I highly recommend them

This is a good garden center for whatever you need for your yard. Also the prices here are very reasonable, and the staff is great. They're very helpful with any questions you might have.

Selections not that great. A NICE lady did try to help me, but the language barrier made it extremely hard to communicate. I do not know much about shrubs, bushes, and plants so I had to rely on the "expert advice".

Unfortunately, I spent $400+ on items and planted them.....then my landscaper told me they were not the right items. And he advised me that the items were not healthy and may not live.

I guess it is my own fault for not knowing more about nurseries, bushes, shrubs, plants, etc.... I should not have relied on a nursery employee. My mistake.

While this is a landscaping nursery, we have always used them for their firewood. In our 15 years here in Rockwall, they have always been here selling firewood. When purchasing firewood, it is purely for convenience as they are priced a bit higher than other fire wood options. Price seems to increase a little more each year. I will go here when I am in a pinch, but there are cheaper options. As for landscaping, they have quite a bit to offer, but I haven't checked out everything in that department!

My first time going here was great. Was helped right away and they helped me choose the right type of tree for my situation. The expert advise is always welcome. The selection is much larger than bogbox stores for plants and trees..

Loved this until I was asking pricing and where to find certain items. Poor attitude towards customers just trying to buy plants. Will go elsewhere.

Great nursery! They provided plants for my wedding stage. Allowed me to rent them & return them. It was beautiful. Now we just bought our first home & I will be going there for all my flowerbed needs & more.

Decent little nursery. Wear shoes for possible mud and dirt in the uncovered areas. My biggest complaint was there was so little information about the plants (name and price). Loved the clearance section but once again no prices. I shouldn't have to track someone down to ask about each price of something I'm interested in. For me personally, I simply don't bother. There was no one out in the uncovered areas to ask for help. The woman inside was very nice, but (maybe it was just me?) seemed to hastily agree with my questions without actually answering them. She also told me there were super low clearance plants mixed in with the others, but couldn't tell me which ones. I got an assortment but at checkout I was charged the most expensive price for all the plants. 🤷‍♀️It was a strange experience, but I'll certainly be back to ask the price of some clearance plants when I really need them.

Excellent service. Alex always helps me every season to choose the best plants and flowers to grow, how to take care of them, etc. I've been going there for last 5 years.

Loved this nursery! We went and bought a tree here. Patty was of wonderful service!They also delivered and planted our tree. Then about a month later, our tree started drooping, and Patty personally came out and checked on it to make sure it wasn’t dying! I’d recommend Landscape Source to anyone!!!

I called the nursery to ask if you have organic tomatoe plants for sale. Paddy, how ever she is related to this business, could not answer the question. She said she is the manager and the owner but she does not know what she has in her store. Therefore she proceeded to tell me that she has too many people and the answer then it is no. Therefore, we will never enter the nursery and we will make sure that all our HOA neighbors know how you deal with your customers! How little this business understand about customer acquisition and customer service.

Returned this season. Still love this nursery. The plants I purchased last year are budding/sprouting. Added some color today. Still excellent quality materials. Will, no doubt, be returning throughout the season.

Awesome locally owned nursery and landscape supply spot, very helpful and knowledgeable staff as well as extensive selection and locally grown plants. Since the climate is so extreme here, it's great to have plants that have already acclimated to the heat/humidity levels. Often plants that are brought in at big box stores can't handle Texas and die as soon as they hit Texas dirt/sun. These local varieties of native plants are perfect!

Definitely favorite garden center-- ever!

Firewood is more expensive than most places and they close early. The firewood is not that great of quality for the price. Half of mine had mold or was beyond seasoned

Very nice employees and prices are best in the area. Material looks healthy for the most part. My only complaint is that they close early compared to other places.
